“particularly impressed with how the package was wrapped, high quality paper. The personalised note from Rexanna was a nice touch. The wedding couple loved the vase you can tell her. ill be shopping again for myself next time!”

“Lovely item. Well packaged. Something went a little awry with the delivery address in that it was different on the label than on the delivery note and my name wasn't on the label, so it ended up being opened by someone else but fortunately I received it safely once they saw my name inside.”

“The site was straightforward and confirmation and processing emails were prompt. The item of jewellery was even better than it had looked on the website and the gift packaging was a work of art in itself. The handwritten note on the enclosed invoice was a charming touch and I have already told several people about the site. I am afraid I don't buy these items often but would certainly use iapetus again.”

“I bought some earring's for my wife from the website and the service received was excellent. Gift wrapping was beautiful and when I received it there was a hand written note from Dawn just to say thank you for my custom and also just to say if there were any problems to call or email. “The bespoke clock we ordered despite being packaged extremely well arrived damaged. We immediately contacted Iapetus who were very polite and professional and arranged collection of the damaged clock and a replacement to be sent. My only suggestion would be to add fragile tape on the packaging and maybe a ' This way up' sign on it. However I can't wait for my new clock to arrive as it's beautiful and quirky.”
