“I made a quick visit to the shop while on holiday, liked what I saw and consequently wanted to find out more. I was hugely impressed by the quantity and quality of your stock. The cards I ordered came quickly, were beautifully packed and were even better than I had hoped. I loved the personal touches: the trouble taken to write a message on what was, after all, only a small order. I will definitely be using your mail order service again in the future!”

“Beautiful necklace couldnt wait to put it on, although removing it from the packaging was a shame as is was so stunning, from the postal box which was tied with string to finding the gift box nestled in turquoise tissue, and the hand written note on the invoice. I am thrilled and love the personal thoughtful touches used my this company, will definitely be back for more and recommending to anyone who listens! Many Thanks x”

“Personal email contact with vendor re. order and delivery updates, and the handwritten note in the package itself were nice touches. Delivery (2nd class, tracked) was prompt, despite the bank holiday weekend. The the package was beautifully wrapped and both the gift box and the item itself were well protected. The item is exactly as pictured on the website and I am very happy with the quality and appearance. I am satisfied that it represents value for money. I would recommend this vendor and will certainly consider using again. Thank you for great service and a beautiful product.”

My only problem that I was unable to locate the 'update quantity' option in the basket page to allow ordering multiple items. I'm not sure if this was my own stupidity or a problem with the website.”

“I purchased a large lamp shade and absolutely love it. The staff at Iapetus were very helpful when I asked about sizes etc. They sent me pictures of the shade and its measurements, which I thought was a very helpful thing to do. I couldn't wait to receive the shade and the pictures on the site don't do it justice. I absolutely love the cat scenes on it. It is purrfect. I would recommend Iapetus to anyone and everyone. Thanks for a unique item.”
