“Delighted with purchase. Actually it was a replacement for something I bought and lost nearly 3 years ago and I was thrilled to find the same thing on Iapetus website. It arrived in the post quickly and beautifully wrapped.”

“Item delivered very quickly and safely. Only negative comment would be that the item (an Ian Roberts clock) looked copper on the website, much more green in reality, so not exactly what I was expecting.”

Hello David, Glad to hear your new clock arrived safe and sound. We understand the comment - the challenge for us is that, as each of Ian's clocks is handmade and the glaze is dependent on the raku firing, each one is unique. The copper especially can vary quite a lot with the amount of green coming through. We will take a look at our descriptions and see if we can make it clearer. All at iapetus

“Fantastic service, thank you so much. I will use this site again without a doubt and have recommended to all of my friends. Gift wrapping was stunning, I have not see the gifts yet as I am yet to give them to my friend however I fully expect them to be as exquisite as the service and the packaging. Hello Raimonda, Thanks for your wonderful review. We're delighted you like our service. We take the point about ecological packaging - we do our best to use recyclable materials to pack our parcels. If the materials used are not recyclable, it's most likely we're reusing them from a parcel we've received, so hopefully that makes it a little better ;). All at iapetus x

“quick and efficient delivery with a lovely handwritten note. Book came wrapped in tissue paper so no need for me to wrap the gift. Book was rather small for the price paid.”

We do our best to be as competitive with our pricing as we can, but due to that nature of handmade items they do often cost a little more than more mass-made items.
