“Lovely keyring and nicely packaged only disappointment was that a card was not enclosed giving information where the wood came from, so to overcome this I made my own.”

“We were on holiday in Exmoor (Dulverton) when we visited a craft shop where we saw a display of special clocks.We were not in a position to buy at the time but were really taken by the design .The owner of the shop gave us a card which led us to eventually get in touch via the web.There we saw the clock that we liked so much.We bought it and in just a couple of days its looking good on our mantelpiece.Good website,efficient ordering process and quick delivery with excellent packaging for the fragile item.Ticked all the boxes .Thanks”

“Dear Iapetus I received your candles three days after ordering. I think you products are absolutely fantastic!! I have only tried Rosemary and Watermint previously and have now ordered Sleep Sensation and Juniper Candles. I was very impressed at the careful packing and lovely turquose tissue paper surrounding the glass again lovingly packed! I would have liked would have been a small label on top stating which fragrance was inside. Also swatches/samples of your other fragrances would be nice and I would be encouraged to try buy all the others! Do you have a list of shops that stock your product? I think it is wonderful? Thank you very much Sue Harman”

“I think your candles are fantastic! I have only tried Rosemary and Watermint previously and now ordered Juniper and Sleep. Order came in 3 days and very carefully packed! Loved the turquose tissue paper surrounding them. I would however have liked a small label on top telling me which one was inside! Also a few swatches/samples if other fragrances would be great and encourage me to order more. Do have a list of shops that stock your fragrances? Thank you I am delighted! Best Regards Sue Harman”

“Good experience buying on line, however not particularly good manner on collection, in view of having spent nearly £100. It might not be much for the shop, but it was a lot to me. Mind you, I'm very critical as I'm in customer service, lack of chat, that's the difference between feeling part of the whole thing and wanting to go back and not going back.”

“The links are very cool. My wife is a principality girl and the linkage with the lleyn peninsula was really pertinent to her. We also spend a lot of time in Criccieth, Aberdaron, Sarn Meyllteyrn... the Lleyn is very precious. lovely quality and thanks for the exceptionally thought through wrapping and presentation. will likely be back”
