“Having ordered my item at the Harrogate Christmas fair I received it within a week even though it had to be handmade! Hard to find better service than that. Excellent.”

“We ordered jewelry for Christmas that was delivered promptly and was beautifully wrapped. The bracelet ordered was too small so was returned and made longer and all in time for Christmas. The staff were very helpful and kept us fully informed on progress. The jewelry was otherwise as described and well received as a gift.”

“I received my item and have only just unpacked it a few days after it has been delivered and have found that it is cracked. I'm so disappointed as I can not now give this as a gift in January.”

“Fantastic range of original products. Arrived promptly and well packaged but unfortunately a bit too well packaged as I couldn't tell what the products were so had to try to carefully unwrap them in order to remember which gift was for whom- and the re-wrap them! Also the Royal Mail tracker did not state Iapetus but 2 individuals names who were not familiar so I almost didn't accept the package. An Iapetus label on the outside would have reminded me of my order and assured me it was from a reputable source- the box was lovely and neatly tied but blank”

“Personal and friendly service. My product arrived safely well packaged. The product itself was as good as the picture. One slight irritation is that the seam on the lampshade is coming unstuck and isn't in the best place for the design - a unique home made product! I expect the next one will be different. I would certainly buy again from this company.”
