“All very efficient.Parcel arrived next day, well packed and with contents complete and just what was ordered. Only problem was the invoice.20% seemed to have been added. Have asked daughter, who lives in Malvern to look into this . Thought price quoted included v.a.t. Otherwise delighted .Will certainly order again”

“I recently bought three Christmas presents online with iapetus as I was unfortunately too busy to visit their shop (do love to visit their shop), I easily found what I was looking for and was thrilled to receive it shortly afterwards wrapped in brown paper and string, a lovely touch. I know I will have as much pleasure in giving them as they will be received.”

“There was a little confusion as I originally looked on your site a few months ago and wanted to order the item I now have. Unfortunately I was under the impression that the size of ring I was after was out of stock. When I checked another couple of times it was the same story ! It was only when I decided to phone to ask if my size would ever be available that I was informed that every item was made to order and every size is available to order however I didn't feel this was obvious to me. I am now enjoying my ring but I could have had it earlier.”

“A dangerous shop to enter as there are so many wonderful things inside and the temptation…..! From the quirky to the just plain gorgeous. Exquisite glassware from Sweden, to beautiful lamps from Hebden Bridge, pictures, woven items, jewellery, toys, hand made boxes….the list goes on.”

“The website was very easy to use and the service and speedy delivery of my goods was excellent. I particularly liked the personal hand written note and the chocolates were a nice touch. The only suggestion I would make, the brown paper packaging on my parcel was torn and the bubble wrap exposed so it might be a good idea to double wrap with a stronger brown paper. My goods were well wrapped in bubble wrap so there was no damage. Thank you and yes my coat does fit well and looks great!”

“Absolutely first class. 24 hours from ordering perfect package arrived beautifully wrapped. Perfect items individually wrapped in turquiose tissue. My order was only small as a 'trial'but I will be back for lots more quirky beautifully made gifts and fun pieces. Thank you so much! And the choci was good too!. “I was looking for something which was a bit different and found it at Iapetus. The item was speedily dispatched with emails from Royal Mail to confirm when it would be delivered. It arrived well packaged and was every bit as nice as in the website.”
