“Ordering off the internet is usually so impersonal, but not with Iapetus. The little extra touches and personal service make a huge difference and leave you with a real feel good factor. And, of course, the products they sell are brilliant. The silver ladybird ear studs I have just bought for a friend are gorgeous and will be well loved. A big thank you to all at Iapetus.”

“I received the handcrafted Hedgehog brooch extremely quickly and the design and quality are exactly as illustrated and described on the website. The brooch came in a presentation box which is great as this is a gift. The note that came from Chris made this feel like a very personal service. Calvin Reeves”

“we ordered a poster as a gift for our daughter,this didn't qualify as a poster in our opinion as it was only a4 size,in fact it didn't even qualify as a greetings card as it didn't have a poem.£32 down the pan.”

“I was made aware of Iapetus by my neighbour. I have bought from them twice. They make it simple and easy and although the contact is purely on line, their genuine " aim to please and get it right" attitude is very present. Unfortunately my first purchase arrived broken.....but it was no issue at all. The product was returned at Iapetus's expense, without hesitation and the replacement was en route to me forthwith. I had no hesitation in doing business with them again.”
