“Beautifully wrapped gifts to ensure they didn't get damaged and extremely speedy service - what more can you ask? And a nice little handwritten note too. They even included a battery for the clock I bought. Brilliant!!”

“I'd left it late and needed a present at short notice ; I found exactly what I wanted at iapetus and dropped them an email. I received a response within the hour and they promised to ship the item by special delivery at no extra cost. This duly arrived the next day, gift wrapped as well. All in all a Very Good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use iapetus again or recommend them.”

“I don't think ordering jewellery will ever have so much significance or be confronted by such unique circumstances. Iapetus were never the instigators of these challenges, but purely the solution providers. Courteous, attentive and professional throughout. Iapetus came through for me. I received my piece on time which, due to circumstances out with their control, was quite incredible. I will use Iapetus again and I now recommend them to others. Good, traditional service is still alive and well. Thanks again. Mark”
