“Loved this website. It has lots of interesting items and is very easy to navigate. In terms of customer service, I was kept informed throughout about the progress of my order. All e-mails were very friendly and personal which is a touch I really liked. My purchase (being quite fragile, expensive and something I'd saved up for for so long to get) was so amazingly well packaged and protected that it was going to stand up to any rough treatment during transit. Very impressed! Came accross as an excellent company and I would most definitely purchase from them again. Thank you.”

“I was really pleased with the prompt delivery of my order and with the items I received. Also with the packaging and note that was included. Customer service was excellent, with a phone call and emails updating me on my order. I am very pleased I can order items online, after visiting your shop recently (but not living locally).
