“This channel is embarrassing since taken over by TJC. Trying to sell tat on the back of Ideal World's previous history. How long does it take to sell a hosepipe ?? Answer at least 3 presenters and one expert. Why need a chef to demonstrate a toaster ?? Selling watches which have come from china. I channel hop for a joke only to see the same thing on air. Gone are the days of brilliant watches,kitchen aids,garden products but to name a few,instead they try to sell walking sticks,torches,dash cams,plastic buddha water features. Sorry but I definitely won't be buying from them again”
“Bought Opatra synergy rose quartz marble facial device for £800. Arrived with the tip broken off, appeared to have been stuck on with white glue and the shrink wrap was loose. Think it had already been returned by another customer. It’s gone back and I’m waiting for a refund. Also bought the Cetuem HRC GOLD shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment set. Shampoo didn’t lather at all, couldn’t get the conditioner pump to work and there was no hole in the tonic bottle nozzle. My hair feels terrible, just going to wash it all out and go back to my normal shampoo and conditioner.”
“Purchased a heated throw , it stopped working after a very short time ( so well into guarantee)Phoned customer service to be told they are the new Ideal World so they won't honour the guarantee. However they have the orginal presenters ! How ever convenient .
Will never use them again.
The actual tv programme is unwatchable anyway , shocking graphics and poor stock anyway.

“Bought a Duxot men's watch which stopped working after a year. When I contacted them about the issue I was informed that the department went into administration which was over 2 years ago. In other words in it was my bad luck.”
“The original Ideal world was good with decent treatment for customer and honesty when products were faulty. I was sad when it disappeared and glad when it came back. Today, after a call about a faulty product, I won't be shopping there again! The agent was rude, couldn't care less and left me feeling like he thought I was trying a scam. I spent thousands with them over the years, but today, they have had my last penny. I am very disappointed, both with the smart watch that I really wanted and with IDW. In fact, especially with IDW. I thought better of them. But I won't stay where my custom isn't valued and I'm not respected.”

“Cheap tacky products over priced item can find cheaper in ebay or amazon, B & M shop even poundland seems presenters always have or need one during their selling point and con people into buying tacky products I wonder what the presenters think when going into work and see what tack they must sell to viewers”
“The old Ideal world presenters have learnt nothing from the past.. How can they woffle on for 45 minutes about some product that has been on a dozen times before as though it was the best invention ever.. And they always find a comparison elsewhere for double the price where customers can find a comparison for half the price on line. P.S and M.M are the worst culprits who will say anything to encourage people to buy rubbish products.. I don't suppose the company cares as long as the rubbish is shifted.”
