“Customer service methods of addressing refunds ridiculous. Answer to message about refund sparks a case number as a reference. Any further messages about refunds prompt more case numbers or even conflicting replies which say refunds have been made - will be made - item has not been received in the company -. It does not help speaking to a member of staff or trying 'chat with someone' - nobody there!”

I queried this and I was assured this was the correct item. I have since emailed them twice regarding the Users Guide and on both occasions my email has been rejected!! “I ordered and received a NuFit Pro slimming belt. Of course, I needed to try if it actually did what was promised. In my opinion, an absolute waste of money. I rang Ideal World to say I wish to return it and was told I could not for 'hygiene' reasons. At no time did I hear the presenter state 'no returns'. If so, I would not have ordered. How can you assess an item without trying it? But I am nearly £400 out of pocket for this item and have lost my trust in the 'gush' from the seller. I would advise others not to buy this item! Again, a waste of money. I will never buy from Ideal World again!”

“Once again ideal world cherry picking review... I ordered chil tex pillow cases... Peter the presenter was so gushing!!! ( I should have been suspicious) these are cold to the feel.. Even cold through your pillow cases even when you wake up you will feel the coldness.... Utter rubbish all the above is untrue.. They are semi quilted 40% nylon and 60% polyester as on the label... I have sent my 1 star review to ideal world.. Yet again not posted on the website I have emailed them and they replied... It takes 14 days to post reviews... Just enough time to present the item again and they will hopefully get rid of the stock of these just zipped pillow cases... My suggestion just go to Dunelm and purchase a pair of there excellent high tread count cotton zipped pillow cases for about half the price of the rubbish ideal world are trying to pedal!!!!”

Is it even legal to sell things before you have them In stock? PS and MM still pushing tatt like it’s the best thing you’ll ever buy. MM sounds like a dodgy market stall holder. I have never come across a company with Customer services as bad as Ideal Worlds. It's based in India and when they phone you back the phone rings for five seconds and then they stop ringing. I cannot get to my phone to answer them in this time.
I have been told by one of the Indians that he has tried to phone me four times and he could not get through to me. If this was the case a missed call would have been registered on my phone but there are no missed calls on my phone, so someone is not telling the truth.
I tried to speak to someone in England to put in a complaint but it appears that there is no one.
I wonder if people buying from Ideal world realise the trouble they would have with customer services when they buy items.
It's just not worth the effort in trying to get in touch with them.
The customer services I India will not take a complaint from me about themselves and there seems to be no one interested in taking a complaint in the UK.

I am at my wits end with Ideal World and wish I had never come into contact with them.
If anyone from Ideal World reads this would they please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
