“I spoke to Katy about my cat's microchipping via emails. She was very patient with me, as I did have a couple of connection problems between my printer and my smart phone. After much confusion on my part, the problem righted itself.
Katy did her best to guide me through the process, and now I have my cat's microchip details in my own file as well as online.

Contractually I find this disgusting. Prepared to pay for change but not a monthly/annual subscription. Horrid change to contract.”
