“Well IKEA delivered the right doors ( on Sunday) and replaced the broken wardrobe then the guys from assembly angels put them together! They made a great job but still no handles!!! Next day parcel force deliver my handles! Well 2 of them! Soooo IKEA when will we receive the other 6? The saga continues! ???? Please, who is running this business?”

“We went to IKEA a couple of weeks ago and choose some wardrobes, we were served by a young lady called Rachael and we were very impressed with how helpful she was. We decided to go back and double check our measurements and to day went back to order the wardrobes. I asked to see Rachael and once again this young lady couldn't have been more curtious and helpful if she tried. 5 stars for Rachael in the wardrobe section of the Southampton IKEA. ???? thank you...”

“Had to call customer service regarding a voucher. The young man I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, we went out of his way to solve my problem. One of the most positive experiences I've ever had dealing with a company's customer service department.”
