“I stumbled on the site and I have to tell u really incredible the rugs are so beautiful and such a selection they even had a flamingo rug they carry Karastan bargains also clearance I bought 2 runners for my kitchen beautiful animal print which looks like Scalamandre fabric OMG u have to shop the site they also have bedding and home decor”

“I have purchased several rugs from IR&D with wonderful results. Delivery to my door is fast and so convenient. I like the ease and usability of the website too. I also appreciate I can use the live chat as well as call and speak to an associate that really knows the product! They anre patient and so helpful. “Ordered a sample - and while the sample was pricier than other sights, it was very prompt and getting a refund was super easy. Given so much is online these days and retail stores don’t always have these rugs in stock - this is the best way to shop!! Thank you Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“The pictures do not do this rug justice. It is absolutely beautiful and the aquamarine color is the first color you notice. It is hard to judge from the pictures so I ordered a 2 x 3 rug. It didn't show the true beauty of the rug, but on a leap of faith, I ordered the 8 x 11 for my bedroom. You really need to see the larger size to appreciate the attractiveness. I also ordered the 2 x 3 for the entrance of the bedroom. The big plus is this carpet won't show stains due to its pattern. I am beyond satisfied with the rug and the company's service.”

“Loved the sample process. The samples were large enough to see the fibers, colors and style. Also the “see in your room” was super easy and so helpful. The response time was awesome and all my issues were attended to and resolved quickly. If I need another rug in future I know exactly where to go. Also if I’m asked I will say incredible is the answer. Thanks so much. I’m delighted.”

“Wish I had started with this rug mat first. It would have save me a lot of money. It works! No really, it does work! No creepy crawly rug on top of carpet anymore. Worth the money and will save you money if you order it first before you get the standard carpet mat.”

“Pre-ordered a small rug in January. Did not receive until May 1st. I had to request status many times and the date kept getting pushed back. I feel like I had to beg for my product and beg for any status. Finally Finally Finally received my rug. Not sure why I had to wait so long and contact "Incredible" Rugs so many times. They sat there with my money for months and I had nothing to show for it for a very long time.”

“I don't really know yet. I have only ordered a sample. I cannot seem to find out when to expect it. Also don't recall purchasing delivery transport insurance but was charged for it. If I order a rug that will be an expensive cost. Seems likevitvus the companies responsibility to see that it gets to me. I think your company needs to purchase thin insurance. If I ship something to you it will be my responsibility to insure it. I have never heard of me buying insurance for my protection of it getting to me. That should be the senders cost like if you mail a package at the post office!”
