“The rug arrived very quickly. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. It was exactly as pictured and I love how it looks. I reached out to Customer Service with a question before receiving my order. They answered my question and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was ok. GREAT experience. “The colors are beautiful. The carpet is thick, plush, and soft under foot. It laid out very flat in a day or two. Very minimal shedding. The customer service was great. I recommend the company and the product.”
