“Rug I ordered was listed as 8' round, but in actuality is only 90". Rug seems a good quality, arrived in a timely manner. Wish they were more honest with the sizing, so am a bit disappointed having to "make it work" with my setting.”

Thank you for letting us know about the measurement issue. We'll pass this along to the Manufacturer who provides the rug dimensions. You received their largest round size available so if you decide it won't work in your space, just let us know and we'll be happy to take care of it.

Hi Debbie, the Crystal rug by Safavieh has a silky finish and nap that can darken or lighten in color, depending on the direction you turn it in the room, as well as the room lighting and, of course, your monitor settings can play a part. For these reasons, we suggest you order a small size to sample for color before ordering a large size. We have a terrific sample program available. Thank you.

“I am very happy with the customer service I received from Matt. He has been patient, understanding and wonderful with me. I have had to return several rugs due to color differences from computer screen to reality & lack of proper description, which has been very very frustrating and costly for me. Matt has tried to help out as much as he can. As soon as I get the sample for this rug and approve it, I will be ordering another 9 x 12 rug for another room from you once I pick it out. “After a lengthy search for a hall runner involving multiple sites and many rug choices I settled on one from Incredible Rugs only to discover that the rug was out of stock but could be pre-ordered. My quandry was to risk a wait (and possible disappointment) or order the rug in a different color which, though lovely in its own way, was definitely a second choice. I called (as suggested on the order site) the help line to get an approximate delivery date but didn't feel very optimistic about someone answering on Labor day Monday. If I waited past the weekend I would lose the sale price so I was especially happy when my call was answered by a very friendly and helpful man who seemed almost as happy as I was when he found out that the rug in question had arrived the previous day and could be shipped within days. Super selection and even better customer service!”

“form the shipping email confirmation that I received, you sent me two of the same item: Oriental Weavers Andorra 7129A Stone/ Multi Area Rug 1'10'' X 3' 2'' Rectangle both emails had a different tracking number for the same size rug. I hope this is a mistake.”

Hi Karen, I see 5 unique tracking numbers for 5 different rugs. They are due to arrive on Sunday by Fedex. If anything is incorrect, just give us a call and we'll have it corrected right away. Thank you.

“This was my first experience ordering from Incredible Rugs and Decor. It totally exceeded my expectations! The web site was easy to maneuver and the pictures showed colors that were true to the actual rug. I know this because I have a larger version of the rug purchased. I ordered the rug on Saturday and had a personal confirmation on Monday. The order was processed through Karastan and I received the rug today via UPS. I would definitely recommend this company and I will continue to shop here for any future rug purchases.”

“We had a great experience on the site. I like the way it was structured to show the rugs and sizes available. Very user friendly. We received the rug quickly. Unfortunately it's still wrapped up in the packaging. We're working on the space it goes in and are keeping it wrapped up to take up less space and keep it protected. I can't wait to see it.
