“Even though Rugs Direct had a better price, I went with you because of Dilene, who was informative and quick to chat or return phone calls. Also the Better Business Bureua gave you better reviews. “Grace was fantastic in helping me choose the right rug. (I sent her a picture of my room). We reviewed several choices and came up with the right solution. Then she rushed it so I could get it in a week. Just in time for my contractor to place it under all the furniture that he had to move to replace my flooring.”
