“The large bowls I ordered are just right for my snakes to drink or have a bath in if they want. They are very stable in the vivs and hold a fair bit of water. Delivered fairly promptly. I'm very pleased with them.”

“Really disappointed with my order this time. I ordered a bag of X-LARGE locusts and when when I received my order, there were about 20 of a size that I needed to feed my reptiles. The rest were tiny. When I complained I was told that they would grow to size in a few days! Definitely not good enough. My reptiles need to be fed now and not in a few days. They should put out of stock on the website if they cannot supply the size required.”

“I recently had some queries for Internet Reptiles and sent them an email – it was answered straight away. Their knowledge of the products they sell is excellent, and they are very friendly and helpful. There was a small shipping issue (not their fault) where a bulb arrived broken. It was packaged immaculately, so I put it down to the couriers. The way they handled the problem was second to none – I contacted them, they got straight back to me, and a replacement was sent immediately. Fantastic service from start to finish. I will definitely be using them from now on.”

“Appalling service. Delivery of frozen reptile food did not arrive on time. Courier didn’t leave parcel, card, phone call, nothing. Did not return for 4 days. Left parcel outside with rotten reptile food. Company refusing to give a refund or help. Sending me to PayPal. Will not get a manager to discuss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is not the first time I’ve had this issue. Disgusting service.”
