“I have been using Internet Reptile as my primary source for the majority of my reptile needs (I have aorund 20 reptiles). Every time I need something they have the best prices, delivery is quick and any issues have been promptly and politely dealt with. They also have a good loyalty scheme, by way of a points system which is actually worthwhile and has been beneficial on many occasions.”

“Ordered castors and got all hatched flies which die within a couple of days. I asked for a refund and it’s seems customer service isn’t something internet reptile is good at! Barely a response from what I’m guessing is an automated response!”

“Good prices, good delivery times, unfortunately the springtails I’d ordered with another couple of items had spilled out into the box. The packaging inside the box wasn’t enough so the items were rattling around. An elastic band around the springtails container would at least have prevented it from coming open.”
