“I had to return an item under warranty for exchange and internet reptile sorted this quickly even giving me a returns link to arrange pick up from my house by the postal service. Item was replaced in a reasonable timeframe.”

“I ordered some springtails and woodlice to be delivered. They arrived while I was at work and the package was left upside down. The container the woodlice were in was not properly sealed, and thus all of the woodlice escaped before I opened the box. When I emailed to ask for a replacement to be sent, I was simply given a refund with no acknowledgement of a replacement. I am happy I got a refund, hence 3 stars and not 1 or 2, but I'd expect better with delivery of live animals.”

“I’ve recently ordered snails from you on 2 occasions , the first order was really good well packed as always and the snails were in good condition . However the second order was like it had been on the shelf for quite a while the snails were in poor condition and the the egg carton had been well eaten with lots of droppings in the carton .”

“Absolutely disgusting how you treat customers who say you are wrong as I sent 2 T5 34” back as they were faulty you said they had water in them from a desert species where the tank is 135 oc so I paid £9 to send me them back after 8 days I received 2 x 46” T5 which don’t even fit the tank so someone has either pinched them or they were faulty an you sent them back an got refunded for them I have sent numerous messages but have been ignored over the years I’ve spent thousands of pounds with you as I have 37 Uromastyx an order all my stats an T5 with you but this time you’ve made me angry”

“I've bought from Internet Reptile for quite a while now. Their live foods service is exceptional. Also the stock an amazing array of equipment ect. I can feel happy that after placing my order, I'll receive it within their postal time frame,which is always done. Live foods always packed and delivered fresh. I've tried other online reptile/pet stores and now I've found one that's the best in my opinion. Thanks staff at Internet Reptile its always a pleasure to receive my orders.”

“I use 3000+ crickets a month and I have used Internet Reptile for this for a few years now. The prices are great and the quality of the livefood is excellent and always well packed. The website states that livefood is sent for next day delivery if ordered before 12pm but over the past few months this has not been the case. I make sure I order my livefood before 10am but it has not been dispatched until the next day, sometimes the day after. They should not advertise next day delivery if they aren't going to actually do it.”

“The substrate i orderd and everything was very good price thats why I chose Internet reptile over my local reptile shops as there not guaranteed to have what I want. But I orderd super tubs off locusts large 3 tubs costing me 10.70 for them to have like 10 medium locusts in and being just a regular tub when you can get that from my shop or any near you locally for 9 quid i could get 4 tubs. Very disappointing 😞. I emailed they said its because there fresher then shop brought 🤣🤣. Never heard such nonsense they come from same place. Stick to your local shop if they sell live insects but everything else go with Internet reptile.”
