“Shocking customer services when speaking to the people in the shop over an online order also almost impossible to talk to anyone regarding online orders. I can honestly say I will not be ordering again from this company. A shame because the quality of the bugs was good.”

“The large bowls I ordered are just right for my snakes to drink or have a bath in if they want. They are very stable in the vivs and hold a fair bit of water. Delivered fairly promptly. I'm very pleased with them.”

“Really disappointed with my order this time. I ordered a bag of X-LARGE locusts and when when I received my order, there were about 20 of a size that I needed to feed my reptiles. The rest were tiny. When I complained I was told that they would grow to size in a few days! Definitely not good enough. My reptiles need to be fed now and not in a few days. They should put out of stock on the website if they cannot supply the size required.”
