“I ordered some springtails and woodlice to be delivered. They arrived while I was at work and the package was left upside down. The container the woodlice were in was not properly sealed, and thus all of the woodlice escaped before I opened the box. When I emailed to ask for a replacement to be sent, I was simply given a refund with no acknowledgement of a replacement. I am happy I got a refund, hence 3 stars and not 1 or 2, but I'd expect better with delivery of live animals.”

“I’ve recently ordered snails from you on 2 occasions , the first order was really good well packed as always and the snails were in good condition . However the second order was like it had been on the shelf for quite a while the snails were in poor condition and the the egg carton had been well eaten with lots of droppings in the carton .”
