“I have ordered wrong Arcadia lamp (not smart one) so sent it back to replace with the correct one or refund - opted for refund as I had hardly any response from their customer services. The item was unpacked and sent to the company as per instructions on the 25th by DPD with tracking number and picture that the item has been received. Since then I had zero response to my messages and beg for my money back in several emails - no response yet and it's 2nd of December. This is the company that provides zero support so good luck if you need to send anything back.”

“Superb supplier of Reptile goods. Is our "go to" online. Great products, great prices and offers, huge range. Excellent customer service. Only had one issue in past 5 or more years with an item broken on delivery, but it was instantly sorted and a new one sent out. Great communication and you really feel valued. Super fast delivery and well packaged. All round, exactly what you would expect! Highly recommend!”
