“I have given 4 stars as the product was great but the courier used to deliver it were awful. The driver initially lied that he had attempted delivery and he hadn't as I had proof. The item was already 2 days late at that point.”

“Iv always found the staff very polite and friendly. I always order my reptile shedding aids from yourselves 1) because your cheaper than most 2) I know you’ll have some in stock and3) your deliveries are usually quicker than most .”

“I placed an order for 4 packs of live medium snails. Overall, the snails arrived in good, healthy condition and were active in their new feeding tubs. During the gut loading process 4 snails died but this could be because of the stresses of delivery or an error on my behalf. But overall very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.”

“Clare is incredible; always willing to help with a vast knowledge of everything reptile. I have used Internet Reptile now for several years (never got around to writing a review, though) and have always been more than satisfied. They identified a difficulty with one of my snakes and gave me some very good advice, which has worked really well! Big thank you to Ben as well, who is always on the go and never seems to stop!”
