“I didn’t receive any notification from either yourselves or the Royal Mail that the parcel had been delivered, which would have been really useful. My locusts were outside for 2 days before I found them in my safe place. I didn’t know they had been delivered. Advised you of this and submitted a complaint to Royal Mail. You advised that I had to look on the tracking to see where my parcel was. Not ideal with a busy lifestyle.”
