I booked for a pick up today and my booking and money was accepted. Then I got an email saying Interparcel couldn't pick up today, but would come tomorrow. I would appreciate being told before not after payment! I also object to being told I am in the Highlands and Islands. I am not. The Highlands and Islands are a distince and well defined area. I am in Aberdeenshire. It is like saying Devon is in Cornwall.

Good site. Very straightforward to use. The only problem I had was when I put the collection address it wouldn't reckonise it ??

Booked my usual UPS delivery service through Interparcel yesterday before cut-off time. Booking accepted - waited in all day - no collection. Phoned Interparcel first thing this morning and after apologising they assured me that my parcel would be collected today. By 4:00 p.m. (after yet another phone call to Interparcel) there was still no collection so I phoned UPS myself (something that Interparcel don't seem to be able to do) and UPS said that no collection had been scheduled for either day. I got back to Interparcel who (again) assured me that the item was scheduled for collection today. It's now 5:30 p.m. (collection cut-off time) and I'm still waiting. This is the first time in many collections that I've had problems so you might think that's a good track record and that this is a one-off, but for my first-time customer who needs their parcel this is a 100% failure rate on my part. How timely that I've been invited to give a review. Sorry Interparcel but I'm going to have to widen my options from now on.

by and large the most cost effective solution - but have had very irritating problems that won't go away - like shipping documents not arriving and having to telephone a premium line to get them etc etc they get my business, but not from loyalty - always looking for alternatives

Collection was eventually arranged, item was delivered to premises within estimated delivery time and price was reasonable. However, the tracking numbers were completely messed up and had to contact customer services 3 times to actually get the proper tracking number. Also, would have been useful if more help with regard to package dimension limits was provided.

There wasn't much they could do to help me when it was discovered that the recipient wasn't going to be in to sign for the parcel until a specific time. They should be able to give more accurate info as to when the parcel will be delivered and should be more accommodating when it comes to requesting a specific time period for deliveries.

Always use Interparcel. Rarely any issues. Only thing I would like is an option to send Documents/Letters via courier rather than having to pay extra to send as a packet. Good value for bigger items tho.

The offer to put your postcode and drop off parcels doesn't work for any UK postcode - something needs to be fixed

I have had a mixed experience using your service over the past year, as the heading states the service is often let down severely by 1 company in particular ( green 1 ) Missed collections seem to be the norm for this company. I like the booking and tracking and after a year I'm still using the service, so generally I'm happy

Often frustrated by the lack of availability of shipping labels at booking time. To have to wait, sometimes overnight, to print out shipping labels is unacceptable.

I use Interparcel on a regular basis, simple to use and great how parcels are collected from our business. We have had a few instanced where parcels re not collected on the day booked causing us grief, when this happens the cutover services people are very matter of fact and quick to point out that they don't guarantee the collection date. We also have a issue currently with damaged and missing items, luckily we paid extra to insure the contents but we are several months into lodging a claim and nothing much seems to be happening event though our customer has already charged us for the missing goods.

First time I've used this company and they have failed to turn up , not a good first impression on my behalf.... I have upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars , as I believe everyone should be allowed to get the chance to correct a problem, and I did notice I had a swift response from interparcel themselves very quickly so watch this space and see what happens......

When collected, they offer a fast efficient service, but rebooking failed collection is tiresome, need to use live chat as telephone lines are costly and just time wasting, 0845 no and the like should be outlawed, i use them as they are very competitive on price, but i suppose this is why the failure rate is as it is. This is my personal rate that i have experienced in the last 3 years of using this service, thanks

Labels are taking far too long to be received to emails too print now lost a day in sending as I'm not waiting up all night to print a label.

It is better to have a specif collection time rather than a whole day wait. Moreover, the printing of the labels can be hard if you don't have a printer or your printer broken as it happened to me this morning when i wanted to print out the labels. Why not suggest your drivers bring labels when collecting or have an alternative

Fairly good web site, but unfortunately when you need help with collections that have gone wrong, not very supportive. Perhaps it`s because they`ve already had the money.

I booked a parcel collection today and the service was really efficient and when I called with a question they were really helpful. However, I don't think I'll be using the service again as there are no time slots offered. On the cheaper services, even an AM/PM slot would be helpful. Shame because otherwise seems like a great service.
