TNT let you down everytime. Generally drivers never call although you ask for phone numbers. Also they never put cards through doors to say where packages are.

We use Interparcel to collect and deliver Wedding Dresses that have been Cleaned and Boxed. We use the service about 4 times a month and it normally works very well, but we have on two occations had items not collected and the reason given can not be correct. We are told that there was not anyone at our premises to enable the driver to collect - we are open from 7am to 6pm. On two other occasions the delivery to the customer was delayed by upto a week and again the reason given was hard to understand. It is a shame because 95% of the time they provide a good service at reasonable cost. ADDITION AFTER RESPONSE FROM INTERPARCEL: If your drivers can call upto 9pm, why does it state on your booking site that collections are between 9am and 6pm?

Booked online for collection next day, courier never turned up,contacted INTERPARCEL to see what happened, they spoke to the courier then told me the courier never received the booking, breakdown on the part of INTERPARCEL,asked me if I would like to re-book, the item was time sensitive which is why I went with a tracked service, told them it needed to be there day after tomorrow, had to then be put through to a manager and complain to her before they agreed to upgrade to overnight delivery for no extra charge, this should have been offered from the off, I shouldn't have had to argue the point.Item got there on time but only after the hassle of having to wait in all day for 2 days waiting for collection, 1 day I expect, but using both of my days off sitting around is not what I expect, will go back to using [External Link] in future

As above rather pointless for the service provider to ask for a rating when the job is not completed until my consignment is delivered to my recipient , but one thing disappointing already I had paid for the sms service to advise me a more exact pick up time rather than wait in all day which was the original unspecified pick up time . I did not get a message giving me an updated time and when queried with the ACTUAL courier which was not Interparcel but UPS the quite nice young man told me that they do not do a sms pre- advice service! Interparcel must have known this but still allowed me to be conned into paying for a service that was not applicable to my pick up!

...I have to keep typing addresses and telephone numbers in every time. It's a cheap and reliable service that we always use, but a real pain to use for a time-strapped person. Sort it out please. Loads of people must have made this complaint.

I should like your labelling system to be simplified. Living in the modern computer age, 80+ year old people have difficulty coping with complex 'down-loading and filing systems. My most recent experience was most distressing.

But to be fair, it's the first time I've been let down when using the services of Interparcel.

service was fast and precise but they still managed to damage parts well wrapped in bubble wrap and then boxed

My company is based on the Isle of Man and we ship all our larger parcels through Interparcel. We have found our orders can easily be forgotten and collection and delivery is an additional 2 days due to an outside contractor collecting the order. When orders have been forgotten about we follow up with a phone call. From the phone call we can almost always get a solution. It is now our policy to call after placing an order. I get the impression that this doesn't speed anything up and there is no procedure in place to deal with Island orders.

Can't take this or that, won't ship to certain areas.. becoming less and less useful every year. I used to use interparcel for everything but being in the bike trade i can't send bikes, or spray lubes, or cleaners, anything liquid. have to use UPS direct or Parcelforce for all the things they no longer allow. wahst the point in having a one stop service offering many couriers, if i have to ring those couriers direct in order to send something.

Always use interparcel and have done for about 5 years. 95% of time I go for UPS option as always seems to be delivered next day. Only issues are and I point out this has only happened 2 or 3 times is when you have to deal with customer services, for example when a parcel has not been picked up when it should have. Twice I have been penalised by my customer for late delivery because a parcel has not been picked up via Interparcel. Speaking with customer services about these issues at the time I found 1 particular girl so rude and with a terrible 'well that's tough and your problem attitude' I was left speechless. There was no compensation offered which therr should have been or even an apology of any type. With all that said I will continue to use.

Hi, I booked this order online and received the confirmation about the collection of item from sender address. But since morning on collection day there was no sign of any person who is coming to Collect the parcel. I phoned twice and was told in very unprofessional way that they can not give the possible choice or time for collection. I have cancelled my dentist appointment and also asked from friend to pick up my child from school. Entire day was very wasteful to stay at home and wait for the driver to come and collect. Finally he came at 6pm without rining and with no apology about the inconvenience. Its a big communication which need to be managed in a orgnised and professional way. It was my first experience to utilise your service but I beleive it was really very irritative and stressful. Kindly update your website and allow customer to choose their desire time frame or atleast ask and instruct all of your colleagues who answer the phone calls to help customer, be polite and provide excellent professional feedback instead ingonrance them. Kind regards, Raza Khan 07737883171

When collected, they offer a fast efficient service, but rebooking failed collection is tiresome, need to use live chat as telephone lines are costly and just time wasting, 0845 no and the like should be outlawed, i use them as they are very competitive on price, but i suppose this is why the failure rate is as it is. This is my personal rate that i have experienced in the last 3 years of using this service, thanks

Having to call a premium rate number for support is bad enough but the wait is typically quite long which means that interparcel makes money while we wait for them to sort an issue with their service.

Annoying that I had to stop booking to email customer for a tel No but otherwise fairly simple. Collected just within timeframe although I was getting nervous as I paid 20p for text to say it was close to being collected and I have not received that text! Will see if I receive text when delivered at other end! UPS driver stated they do not send texts!

good efficient service, good prices, resaonably easy to use and to get problems fixed but there are too many problems - at least 10% of the time it is not possible to download the shipping labels and it is infuriating having to email interparcel and request they send them and then having to wait ages for them to send the link again. For that reason i am looking around for alternative options but if they could fix that glitch they would be near perfect.

having used the drop off at store option a few times we have found the people in the shop treat you like a nuisance, no ''hello'', no ''can I help you'' no ''thank you'' and just a muffled ''good bye'', in fact barely a word is said which makes it uncomfortable to be there so might have to start looking at other sources of parcel delivery
