Excellent price structure was the reason for choosing this company. Easy & helpful booking system, friendly & efficient customer service team but courier failed to collect my parcel and I'd waited in ALL DAY & EVENING! Need shorter pick up windows not just anytime between 8am & 9pm. So frustrating when courier lets you down. Lets hope it arrives in time.

I have been using interparcel frequently for two years, bookings are generally easy and if you need to cancel or change a booking they are easy to speak to and courteous. However If there are any problems with the collection or delivery of the item that quickly changes with them perfectly capable of telling a pack of lies and quite prepared to become belligerent and rude. Also forget the SMS text out for delivery service, its a waste of time and can end up doing more harm than good. Because once their uninformative SMS is sent telling you that the delivery is out to you for the particular day, if there are any problems for the driver, they do not send another telling you that the delivery will not be made, so you waste a whole day waiting, expecting a delivery that is never going to arrive.

Hi, I booked this order online and received the confirmation about the collection of item from sender address. But since morning on collection day there was no sign of any person who is coming to Collect the parcel. I phoned twice and was told in very unprofessional way that they can not give the possible choice or time for collection. I have cancelled my dentist appointment and also asked from friend to pick up my child from school. Entire day was very wasteful to stay at home and wait for the driver to come and collect. Finally he came at 6pm without rining and with no apology about the inconvenience. Its a big communication which need to be managed in a orgnised and professional way. It was my first experience to utilise your service but I beleive it was really very irritative and stressful. Kindly update your website and allow customer to choose their desire time frame or atleast ask and instruct all of your colleagues who answer the phone calls to help customer, be polite and provide excellent professional feedback instead ingonrance them. Kind regards, Raza Khan 07737883171

Always use interparcel and have done for about 5 years. 95% of time I go for UPS option as always seems to be delivered next day. Only issues are and I point out this has only happened 2 or 3 times is when you have to deal with customer services, for example when a parcel has not been picked up when it should have. Twice I have been penalised by my customer for late delivery because a parcel has not been picked up via Interparcel. Speaking with customer services about these issues at the time I found 1 particular girl so rude and with a terrible 'well that's tough and your problem attitude' I was left speechless. There was no compensation offered which therr should have been or even an apology of any type. With all that said I will continue to use.

I should like your labelling system to be simplified. Living in the modern computer age, 80+ year old people have difficulty coping with complex 'down-loading and filing systems. My most recent experience was most distressing.

I like booking the service and can use PayPal. I have had some problems though with UPS. Once they opened up my box at a depot where i had wrapped some parts in a reused jiffy bag with my address still on it. The remainder of the parcel was delivered minus these parts and ups just posted them back to me, causing a lot of embarrassment with my customer and him not being able to use his item for an extra 4 days and me having to pay to post the parts to him, and i had bought new parts too to replace the ones missing in transit, so i ended up with the used parts that i cannot resell back. My Goods in also tell me the Colchester/Wivenhoe driver never 'asks' for the parcel, so i can drop it there on a Monday to go on an overnight but it's still sitting there on a Thursday until my goods in staff catch the driver and get him to take it. This is very poor in my opinion given that i have chosen an express service but get an economy and the driver is not doing his job. The booking and Interparcel website and staff are very responsive otherwise but UPS leave a lot to be desired. Nightfreight are no better and took 9 days to collect and deliver a parcel previously and it arrived 'opened'!

UPS lost parcel for 4 days, communication with interparcel is slow and not much help, tracking info leaves something to be desired on occasion. Direct booking with the courier would be better than with a 3rd party.

I have been using Interparcel for a few years - although reliable collecting/delivering my parcels, if anything goes wrong (damaged parcel/goods in transit etc;) then be prepared for a lot of messing about and IF you are successful with a claim, be prepared to wait 4-5 weeks for your cheque. I think Interparcel must have a lot of 'bogus' claims and this is why they treat everybody with some suspicion - everyone is guilty until you prove your claim is 100% reliable.

I enjoy the service from city link and mostly use them. I have gone for the option of Interparcel only to find out that its DPD. who phone me to tell me they can't collect during the morning which I had booked and paid for and that the driver will come at 5pm. Why have slots then? The customer service at Interparcel will then brush you off in these cases and simply say we can't do anything. Well I haven't used the others through Interparcel so no comment here although I have an opinion from experience. The prices on Interparcel are competitive and they offer compensation for most things I have courier although I have never had an instant where I had to make a claim. so they do collect at most and deliver. But I think this is down to City Link and not Interparcel as such.

having used the drop off at store option a few times we have found the people in the shop treat you like a nuisance, no ''hello'', no ''can I help you'' no ''thank you'' and just a muffled ''good bye'', in fact barely a word is said which makes it uncomfortable to be there so might have to start looking at other sources of parcel delivery

Having to call a premium rate number for support is bad enough but the wait is typically quite long which means that interparcel makes money while we wait for them to sort an issue with their service.

TNT let you down everytime. Generally drivers never call although you ask for phone numbers. Also they never put cards through doors to say where packages are.

I use Interparcel maybe 5 times a week for the last 18 months or so. On one occasion when using Parcelforce through Interparcel my customer remarked to me that 2 large holes had been cut through the brand new polypropylene sack. The sacks weigh 25 kg and maybe an extra 0.5kg surplus. The customer weighed the item and it weighed just over 21kg. My problem was with Interparcel customer services who didnt really care. She explained that she was going on holiday and that I should claim when she came back after I had collated proof of value , invoices etc and filled a load of paperwork in. So I hope she enjoyed her holiday at my expense as I quickly realised that it was going to take hours to find all the relevant before I even started to make a claim for a few quid so I gave up. I now use another courier for the more expensive sacks.

I didn't even get my money back after one of your operatives made a big dent in a small grill/oven l that I despatched. It wasn't any larger than a toaster! The item had to be thrown in the bin and I had to refund the cost to the buyer too so I'm pretty upset about the incident. (Order 9341975??). Up till then I had always been happy with Interparcel's service.

Good site but it takes too long to enter details, wish i could find how to register an account easier, apart from that its a good site..I just dread having to enter my card details and collection address everytime..sometimes i have to send out 4-5 seperate packages and its tedious, but then again I am very lazy when it comes to this stuff ..it just takes less time on other sites..i.e hermes.
