I've had one occasion when the courier has not come to collect a parcel that had been booked in and paid for with NO explanation as to why they did not appear and I had to contact them about it.

No problem booking Myhermes. Took the parcel to local drop off shop, but shop would not accept package although it was in dimension and weight limits. Contacted Interparcel HQ who were helpful and suggested I tried another shop All went well Contacted by Interparcel later to inform me of progress and also received text to let me know package had been delivered. Suggest you contact all drop off shops to make sure they know dimension and weight limits and be more helpful to customer. I will not go back to Baddow News even to buy a bag of sweets

found the process a bit long winded and would think some folk would abandon the process for example, when i typed in the delivery post code the address supplied by interparcel was apparently to long as they only allow 30 characters but they supplied the full address? and i had to remove part of the address to book, this makes no sense as the address is the address and you cant miss things out or it might be wrong ,very fair charges but a bit more thought with regard to easier form filling would go a long way to securing my business as i had to spend a bit of time to book this delivery and ide rather not .

Usually Interparcel are very good and they have a very clear and easy-to-use website. The prices are good as well. However, we booked a courier yesterday for pick-up today and found that we could specify a morning pick-up. So we, delightedly, booked this service. After booking - i.e. too late to change the booking - we were informed that the morning time could not be guaranteed and, if fact, it is not 2.30pm and there has still been no pick-up. It's a very bad aspect of the web site that mis-informs before booking and very irritating as we now have to stay in rather than our original plans (made when we were informed that the parcel would be picked up in the morning). One bad, and irritating, aspect of the site can wipe out all the good aspects so may need looking at.

The front end side of things was excellent, very impressed. But when the parcel was not collected I really felt let down. Still waiting for it to be collected now! When I asked if some one had tried to collect it and I had missed them, the lady on the phone did not have the information and was only able to re-book the collection. I don't think I've missed them because I gave all my contact numbers and no one had called. Hopefully this is just a one off event, I will try them again next time because of the slick nature of the booking system.

so every time i send a laptop i tick the box to say im aware of the cover policy, i put in big capital letters im aware of cover policy, yet every time this is all ignored and i get an email saying "are you aware of our cover policy?"!!!!!!! every time i say yes, please read your own order form and stop sending me this yet i still keep getting it, what is the point of the tick box and the notes if they are ignored!? also the new sms option, why is the not defaulted to no? why does is demand that i select an option! its done nothing other than slow down the process

having filled out the address to send my parcel to it was rejected because there were to many characters max 30.the full Romanian address is almost 50.i called livechat and was disconnected after about 20 seconds with no chance of reconnecting {it was 17.00 and I guess Charlie couldn't be bothered to reconnect!! } I hope my parcel arrives with the edited address.

I've been using Interparcel for many years but I've had some issues with collections (We're a rural site) that would have been eased by a simple phone call from the haulier due to collect; on a whole we don't mind collections a day late but it would be good to know so that we can warn our own customers of the delay.

It was delivered a day late and was damaged on arrival, despite clear instructions that the parcel was very fragile. I don't think I would use again if I was sending a cake. However, a sturdy parcel should be fine and the costs were very reasonable.

Although I payed 20p to have sms sent on the morning of the delivery, I didn?t get any notification. Even on the parcel tracking on-line page, I saw ?in transition? all the day, and suddenly I saw an update about ?the receiver absent. Second attempt will be tried?. By then, my parcel status was still ?in transit?, NOT in ?OUT for Delivery? state. I had to rush back home and wait. How come?!

Had no idea that they don't send to PO Box addresses, but okay that may be my thought. But when tracking, I noticed that my parcel wasn't being sent for two days. When I called up, they told me it's because of me sending to a PO Box address. Well, how about informing me before or at least when this error occurred? Had I not called, they would have never even contacted me. Very poor customer service.

I have used INTERPARCEL for quite some time... you were recommended. However, I shipped a parcel recently that was never received by the customer. I had to refund the customer in full........ I lost my product........ you kept my shipping costs. The staff member on the end of the phone was clearly uninterested and reading from a script. My item was classed as "lost" so no refund was given. My item was clearly stolen by a member of staff. It is impossible for an item to be picked up from Leeds, clearly transferred onto the van and then vanish into thin air. It leaves a very bad taste.

You should send an email confirmation that the parcel has been collected. Parcel been taken but no confirmation left. Besides you the only company that requires label and addess printing.

Very unhappy that a collection time cannot be provided by your company.

I have used Interparcel before but this time there was no sign of the Shipping labels either by email or in the Document Download Centre. Just states ''not ready yet". Not very useful and frustrating when I want to drop off the parcel first thing in the morning on my way to work and it's now gone 10 at night.

Booked a next day pick up with Citi Link - item was collected on a Thursday (Citi Link say it was Friday but it was my sister who handed the parcel to the driver) & item was then delivered on the Monday. No refund offered. Not interparcels fault exactly but still a bit off that Citi Link try & pull the wool over your eyes and your just expected to live with it - people usually book a service and pay more for it for a reason.

Pity they do not inform when item not collected as sender is not aware as in my instance as we are not positiond at collection point..we only find out when customer calls to request update on dilivery..but do get collections right most of the time..but when no collection is made it is a problem that is not acceptable. .unfortunately we pay up front and have no redress......perhaps you should remember people vote with their feet......???????
