I had a few initial problems with adding the two addresses within the website manually. And have filed a report with customer service who have forwarded the issue to IT to be resolved. I spoke to customer services with regards the attempted delivery of my parcel at work, the courier(TnT) couldn't just walk in through the locked door (understandably), isn't able to ring the door bell nor use the phone number provided notifying me to open it...so, failed to deliver. I was expecting to hear some apologetic words from Interparcel's customer service, instead I was made to feel like an underling and it ended up with short snappy responses from both of us. Leaving me a little sour. Apparently the courier should be able to just walk in the through the door, I remarked this doesnt happen to personal addresses but its an unwritten rule...apparently. I appreciate not all customer service representatives are the same, but if one slips through, where do you stop. If the IT issue is resolved, and the manners of call centre staff are refreshed it would be an excellent service.

One issue - chose a more expensive option as they offered a time slot of 9 - 1.30 for a pick up. As no-one is available after 1.30 this was worth paying for. VERY ANNOYED to get a mail after the transaction was completed stating that pickup was 9-5 but they would do their best to comply with the slot agreed - not good enough.

At first was very impressed, but when it came to having to print documents and then having to send them to the person where the Parcel was to be picked up from was out of the question. The person had no computer, so that did not work. Then telephoned the help line who said there was no other way of doing it, I canceled and booked else where. Yet, had booked previously three months before and had know problem with getting a large item picked up.

Incredibly useful, good value and efficient? but, too many delivery agencies don't leave cards saying they have dropped round and so the parcel gets returned. this is particularly so in sweden, so BE CAREFUL

Not bad. Package arrived a day later than it was supposed to. I was away so it didn't matter too much, but nobody tried to contact me or email me to let me know. Item arrived in good condition though.

I found the website very unfriendly with the terms and conditions very much weighted in favour of Interparcel - it was only because of what I was sending that I used them . Price was also hiked substantially through insuring the items.

I love Interparcel and have used it several times in the past. The ease of booking and printing documents is great, but I needed an early collection. I suggested 9-12 but was told I had to give a time slot of 4.5 hours. Earliest possible was 9am, so went for 9-1.30, but was still waiting at 2pm. This threw out all the timings for the rest of the day and caused stress and difficulty. I'd like to see an opportunity for earlier pick up times and a three hour slot for collection. Otherwise, the delivery was successfully completed the next day, so thanks Interparcel.

Paid for text alerts pick up and delivery, both which I did not receive. Luckily I was at home when driver came for pick up

I was very frustrated when trying to put in my postcode, it kept coming up as not known, which is ridiculous, I had to put in the name of the factory down the road and then edit just to get it to accept.

Courier Service excellent. However not so good when I requested the name of the recipient for my parcel as they said it had not been received. I emailed customers services on 7.3.14 asking for the name of the recipient. I was emailed a document from the courier with the signature which was totally unrecognisable. I then said I really wanted the name of the person who received the parcel. I was told that Interparcel would get back on to the courier and get the name. I am still waiting for a reply. As it happened I took the matter up direct with the company I sent the parcel to and resolved the matter. However I am disappointed that I paid for a signature which was unreadable. I suggest that the Couriers in the future also write down the name of the recipient.

We used to use these to send all our parcels but then got a snotty email saying that "car parts" wasn't good enough and that if it happened again they would cancel our parcel and refuse to ship for us again. (Twice..)

Took a very long while to get into your website as my email address and password were refused continuously. I eventually managed to circumvent this annoying and time consuming problem with the result that I then was able organise the successful collection of my parcel. It still is a mystery why my personal information was refused, i.e. 'not valid', in fact I nearly gave up and went to [External link].

I have used them a number of times couple of times have dealt with my issue swiftly but on the last occasion their service was poor andy issue was not resolved even though I had provided evidence on their numerous requests.

Booked online for collection next day, courier never turned up,contacted INTERPARCEL to see what happened, they spoke to the courier then told me the courier never received the booking, breakdown on the part of INTERPARCEL,asked me if I would like to re-book, the item was time sensitive which is why I went with a tracked service, told them it needed to be there day after tomorrow, had to then be put through to a manager and complain to her before they agreed to upgrade to overnight delivery for no extra charge, this should have been offered from the off, I shouldn't have had to argue the point.Item got there on time but only after the hassle of having to wait in all day for 2 days waiting for collection, 1 day I expect, but using both of my days off sitting around is not what I expect, will go back to using [External Link] in future

been using interparecel for year on a regular basis find the service great, but sometime struggle filling the address field I find it annoying when you use a non alphanumerical characters i.e c/o does not work and you can not progress unless you have the recipients phone number this is not always available. Also interparcels prices are quite high and other websites are doing cheaper quotes and up the 40% cheaper

Checked the wording to see if a 16" TV could be sent with damge cover being included, if appeared that it was a restricted item but was able to be sent, however I was later advised that it could be sent minus any cover for being damaged in transit. Not impressed.

For many years I highly recommended Interparcel, but have had several issues over the last couple of years, which have changed my opinion. I now only use them when I have to. The worst thing is the customer service. On several occasions, I have had a parcel not collected or it doesn`t get delivered for some reason. I appreciate this happens from time to time, but why should I sit on the phone for ages, paying 10p per minute to sort out these issues. I have already been inconvenienced enough by the matter at hand in the first place. You can try emailing them, but you will never get a reply! Shame, as they used to be good a few years back.

a bit disapointed collection time was between 9am and 1pm, you phoned an told me it would be collected between 1pm and 6pm i had to cancel my other appointments
