I've been suing this service for years. normally it works well, but it doest got my parcel lost on the way for a couple of times per year. Considering the quantity I've sent it not too bad, but I still can't understand why a fully tracker parcel can get lost! If it's fully tracked then you will be able to allocate where exactly it lost and guess it's been pretty easy to find out if the warehouse is organised enough.

Easy process art from one thing. I assumed the address label which I received was the shipping label. I used this and went to the sending location only to be told I needed he label with the barcode. I called your service desk (087 number a bit off putting) and was told the shipping label had been sent. Checking, it arrived while I was in transit. Recommend you do not send the address label to avoid confusion.

Have used Interparcel for some years and have noticed lately that there is no option to change collection times - as I work its not possible to be at home all day and opposite can't be at work all day hence I panic in case I'm not there when driver calls to collect. On saying that though good price availability and been lucky with collections so far.

Booked through Interparcel and Citylink was due to collect. No notification of delay but just did not turn up. The next day I had to contact Interparcel to find out where they were and when they MIGHT collect. When Cityklink arrived the next day to collect he said he had left the area when he received notification of the pick up the previous day. I was annoyed because the day I booked it I waited in all day with the intention of going out the next day but had to wait in again. Not good service. I am not sure if it was Interparcel or Citylink that caused the delay in collecting. It arrived safely so I suppose that is a good thing!

The parcel was supposed to be collected on Monday 27th April. I waited in from 8.00am to 9.00pm and no-one came to collect it. I rang interparcel.com at 8.30am the following morning and they said it would be collected the following day which was the Wednesday. I asked why it couldn't be collected that day as it was Hermes who were at fault but the lady I spoke to said they wouldn't collect it that day, It would have to be tomorrow. ( I would have to wait in again) Basically the parcel was collected two days later than it should have been. Not happy.

The collection of my parcels was o.k. within the time booked but sadly delivery did not go well, with the parcels finally arriving four days late.

Collection booked, courier missed, OUR fault not Interparcel's or couriers, but then when we tried to rearrange it at 9.00am the following day, we were told our consignment could not now be collected until the day AFTER THAT. pretty poor really seeing as if i had had a brand new consignment to be collected, and PAID for, it would have been collected same day. Good customer service should apply to existing clients as well as new orders.

I used inter parcel from the beginning, there prices are fair & I have an account with them. However when something goes wrong they just don't care & I really mean they don't care. My latest was a wrongly delivered parcel, I need to keep my customers happy, as ever they do the minimum which means more problems. Unless I get involved nothing really happens & on 1 occasion, luckily the parcel was coming to me, it took 3 months to arrive & that was only because I got involved later on. On my current problem I e mailed them about how badly they dealt with the case, the reply is they can re book the collection, that's it. Luckily some of the couriers can accept direct contact & I sort it out with them quickly, easily & have a result that usually keeps my customer relatively satisfied (not the case if inter parcel was involved) I'm inter parcels customer but the customer care is of poor standard. Then there is the damaged item system but I won't go into that here. Improve your customer care, we do count.

We use Interparcel to collect and deliver Wedding Dresses that have been Cleaned and Boxed. We use the service about 4 times a month and it normally works very well, but we have on two occations had items not collected and the reason given can not be correct. We are told that there was not anyone at our premises to enable the driver to collect - we are open from 7am to 6pm. On two other occasions the delivery to the customer was delayed by upto a week and again the reason given was hard to understand. It is a shame because 95% of the time they provide a good service at reasonable cost. ADDITION AFTER RESPONSE FROM INTERPARCEL: If your drivers can call upto 9pm, why does it state on your booking site that collections are between 9am and 6pm?

See above, use this service as we have not found a courier company that can deliver on time so best of a bad bunch.

My biggest issue is if your parcel isn?t collected due to 'lack of driver time' so I get told. This often occurs when you use City Link via Interparcel?s website. Interparcel do not inform you of this or rebook collection on your behalf. You only find out when you phone Interparcel the next day to find out why your parcel wasn?t collected in which case you will get told ?the driver ran out of time? and your collection can be rebooked for the following day. Surely it should be Interparcel's responsibility to rebook collections where they have failed. I would have thought as a third party it would be their best interest to manage the relationship between the customer and the courier which does not seem to be the case at present.

Great value, I really don't like the new layout of the website as certain aspects are not use friendly at all. Can't complain with the price and usually packages arrive safely.

They provided a very competitive quote and were let down by their subcontractors City Link who managed to irreparably damage a Minibar. Fortunately after sending photos of the damaged item I eventually (4 weeks) received ?71 compensation just short of the item's value. Would Give Them a second Chance.

Interparcel terms and conditions exempts them from losses or damages to your parcel, please read carefully. InterParcel is like the banks that caused the credit crisis with the mortgages, take the lucrative profits of the business and unload the losses on the customers. InterParcel has no control of the tracking, no control of how efficient and responsible are the delivery people because they are just an intermediary, so they don’t care. And the delivery people they don’t have any care either because they are not accountable for the losses. Is this a way to run a reputable business? We are in the UK, no in Nigeria. Where are the Regulatory Bodies? Somebody stops InterParcel. They are not a reputable company

Ordered and paid for a "next day by 12" service. A week later I asked the recipient when they would refund me for the returned goods. They had never received them. Turns out they hadn't been delivered and were sitting in the courier's depot for a week. Asked Interparcel for a refund on the basis that they hadn't delivered the service I had paid for. Their response: it wasn't a "guaranteed" service so they had no obligation to refund. Apparently if your order doesn't say "guaranteed" there is no obligation whatsoever to deliver within any frame of time. Completely mislabelled and unfit for purpose. Furthermore, Interparcel wouldn't even try to explain how the service had gone so wrong. Use Royal Mail instead

So last time i used this so called reliable company to send 2 parcels to 2 different addresses they sent the courier 3 orders for 2 addresses. The extra order was cancelled. When i tried tracking it, it said my goods had not been collected. Contact interparcel 2 days later i get a tracking number and its been delivered guess what to the wrong address both parcels apparently went to one address. So i contact the lovely lady who says she refused the parcel and handed it back as it did not have her name on. Interparcels reply we will try collect the parcel from her tomorrow i reply she gave it to drier next day contact interparcel to be told they tried collecting the parcel but there was no answer funny as the women rang me and said they had been and she told them they did not have the parcel. Interparcels reply we will contact the courier and let you know nearly 2 weeks later of me constantly emailing phoning (costing me over £20 in calls) interpacel replied with tracking saying the courier had left it in the porch for a parcel that requires a signiture really? Another week later i am told a refund will be sent in 21days. 22 days later letter and refund letter stating it was an isolated incident and never happens bla bla bla, So i give them a second chance wish i had not guess what happened, One parcel for delivery guy comes to door do you have two parcels? Me no just one guy oh interparcel sent us 2 orders i will just cancel the extra one now my tracking says item not ready for collection. First contact with them i am told someone will get back to me asap as this is not the first time its happened to me. Still waiting second contact the customer service says well it was not ready for collection thats why you can not track it! seriously i just though id try track my parcel moving around my house really think about it its been collected! so again i am told please wait someone will be in touch im guessing in around 2 weeks i will be told the parcel was left somewhere like behind a bin! and its not lost stupid company never going to deal with again disgusting apalling how they even have the company afloat i do not know.
