“Interparcel are THE worst courier booking company. We have proof of a driver forging a customer's signature to say a parcel was delivered, which has now been classed as lost and another parcel that was lost, which they denied had been collected from our premises; until we provided proof on our CCTV. A parcel going to Italy was delayed; we were not informed and now have to pay AGAIN to have it delivered. Their excuse is that we should have tracked the parcel; which is totally impractical, given that we are trying to run a business. They dismiss any complaints and could not care less. I would not use them again, I'd rather deliver the parcel myself!”

“Customer Service Advisor Laura Brookes easily dealt with the one query that was raised with a pleasant professional manner. Using Interparcel to send a heavy parcel to the USA was a good experience. The price was fine, service quick and the recipient was happy. Definitely recommend this courier service.”

“AWFUL COMPANY - my parcel never arrived with my customer after 31 days. They have now closed the delivery and will not refund me for my order. I have obviously had to refund my customer so are now out of pocket...I know what comes next...interparcel will now charge me for the item to be returned to me...How can an item shipped to italy not arrive with my customer after 31 days...AVOID”

“AWFUL COMPANY... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN After 31 days and still no delivery, they have closed the delivery and will not refund me. I have had to refund my customer and are therefore out of pocket. Interparcel won't refund me for my delivery even though nothing ever arrived. I know how this works now..They then send me a bill for the item to be returned to me...DO NOT USE THEM”

“Would not recommend this company at all! I have sent many parcels to the USA with no problem but on using this company for the 1st time a code was added to the address that I did not put on. The correct address was on the parcel but they did not attempt to deliver it there, they instead returned it to the UK, even though I rang up to try and sort the matter out . I was forced to pay the same amount for it's return with the threat that if I did not the parcel would be disposed of. Also, everything had to be done by e-mail once the parcel was returned. It took 3 weeks to get the parcel back. However, if you want to send a parcel on it's holidays at greatly inflated prices then this is the company for you!!!!”

“Awful, booked a Hermes collection, they never showed up, booked a re-collection, never showed up. No way to contact to get a refund. Will avoid at all costs.”

“The worst company ever. They did not hand the package out and did not return it to me. They lost one parcel and I lost my money. Six days ago they said coming next day and until now I’m waiting .”

“I have been using interparcel for over 2 years now to send parcels to Australia. I send at least 3 a year and they have always arrived earlier than estimated. The tracking is very detailed. My last parcel arrived 4 days earlier than estimated so very happy with that. Highly recommended.”

“I've been using Interparcel for years, the website is great and their customer service is excellent. Any time I've had a query it has been dealt with efficiently and no waiting on hold for ages :) This time around I spoke to Iris Baitup who was great.”
