The service for this company is good, Cost and reliability are great only 2 things that wind me up. If you have 2 or more parcels going to different addresses you have to enter card details for each 1 if you could pay for all at end that would be perfect and 2 the new setup is soul destroying if the address is not on the drop down list or you don't have a post code especially for overseas parcels needs looking at

Been regularly using this site since 2010. In the main an excellent service at good price. However often been let down by no collection/ late collection/delayed deliveries all of which when used their TNT service. Never have to ring Inter parcel unless we make a TNT booking as its almost certain to throw up some problem. Inter parcel is a a good cost effective alternative to using Royal Mail but the service they get from TNT is complete shambles. Overall a good company especially for UPS bookings.

They do provide a wide choice of services at very competitives prices....much cheaper than using the courier directly...sometimes finding the correct delivery address can be difficult in the drop down tab but generally its good. They provide an instant tracking number and the online chat is good if you need it, but only up until 8pm! I wish they would remember my details so that i didn't have to type it all in every time i purchase a service. A couple of times I've had trouble and they have passed the buck onto the courier only for the courier to pass the blame back... However The bad experiences will not put me off, it is a good service and I will use them again and again...unless the prices go up!

Here is some feedback: You've asked me to review your service for a parcel that I sent. The problem is that I send lots of parcels via various courier services. How can I be expected to remember which parcel was sent via yourselves? In this case, I have no idea. You need to provide potential reviewers with the parcel destination details - then I'd know which parcel it was. Simples.

Boxes delivered in terrible condition with no details of who the sender was, when i spoke to customer services at interparcel to find out the sender they told me it was confidential which i found very unhelpful, so i now have a customers equipment here with no way of finding out who the customer is, i told them i would start rejecting items from interparcel with no customer details on and they didnt seem bothered in the slightest, avoid this delivery company like the plague

I booked for a someday collect, next day delivery service via them however, my customer did not receive the parcel after four days! I have tried to chase them with a horrible customer support and on the fifth day, they confirm the delivery of the parcel. I demanded a compensation because I never received the service I paid for but even though, they refused to act. I got only cold sorry reply. Waste of time and money. Stay away from them.

DO NOT use this 'service', they don't care and will rip you off. It is NOT worth it! They don't deliver and then LIE on the phone. Disgusting. You WILL regret using this courier. There was a 'sorry we missed you' card left in my post box yesterday. IT wasn't filled out with any details or ticks in the boxes what so ever, just the consignment number. The delivery man had NOT knocked on my door. Just put it through my outside post box. When I called to complain they said that he had had 'trouble finding the door'. ?? Just knock on the door. The person on the phone said that he would be coming back TODAY (yesterday). I asked her whether she was sure, and she said 'yes' he is definitely coming back. So I waited in for 5 hours and he never came. I phoned up and they said that he was never coming back, and had been to my house twice! There was NO knock at the door. And they claimed that TnT had NOT told me they were coming back on the same day. THEY HAD. They then told me that they would be out delivering again tomorrow (Today). So whilst I was waiting in I decided to give a call to make sure, as I had already had experience of how incompetent this service was, I thought I had better call to make sure. TnT said they knew nothing about it and for me to call interparcel! Interparcel then tell me, 'Oh it is not coming out today'. The service I received was DISGUSTING. I would expect to receive at least £100 for a day like yesterday, and being put through these LIES and awful service. It was inept and the second woman on the phone basically called me a liar. The driver to my area is obviously inept and I shall be telling the company I ordered from NOT to use these services again. The woman on the phone at Interparcel wouldn't help me, wouldn't deliver today and didn't care at all. It is unbelievable. TnT said it was your fault, Interparcel said it was theirs, whilst at the same time you get paid and don't even an effort at all to please the customer. Disgusting. Thanks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I booked the 'Drop-off' service after purchasing something on ebay. The Interparcel website showed quite clearly that the seller could drop off at nearby Coventry branch of Parcelforce (who were subcontracted by Interparcel). The seller duly went along only to find out that Parcelforce no longer operate there, he was rightly furious at the wasted journey. When I went directly to the Parcelforce website there was, indeed, no mention of a Coventry branch. I phoned Interparcel to complain, they were completely unaware the branch had shut and made no offer to compensate for the error. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was cut off twice, maybe a coincidence, or maybe to deter me. The supervisor was resolute that they were not to blame, I said maybe I should take this up with Parcelforce but was advised that they would not compensate me either, as they had not dealt with me directly. When I asked who was responsible I was told it was just an IT issue, the company Interparcel seemed completely incapable of understanding what an unprofessional and incompetent service they had provided. I am now left with a seller who is considering relisting the purchase on ebay rather than dealing with another drop-off branch of Interparcel who have shown themselves to be completely untrustworthy. I may therefore lose the item completely due entirely to Interparcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent a guitar from Durham on the 31/10/14 to Tenerife still has not got there to date 18/11/14.This is a joke company whom do not ring you back with updates as to whats going on. constantly blame UPS, Customs or anyone. appalled and stressed out by there lack of commitment to deliver they also say no money back although it should have only taken max 7 days. Told twice to phone for delivery in Tenerife, only to find guitar in Madrid. I do not know what to do next so therefore going to trading standards as no solution appears to be forthwith. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PAY EXTRA FOR A RELIABLE COMPANY.

Since they changed their database system it takes many minutes to fill in one customers details as they now use a pre filled database. Many customer details are far out of date. Our own is prefilled with a company that left our trading address over 5 years ago. Please return to the old free-hand data base so that we can easily fill customer details in ourselves. We always use UPS and never have any delivery problems.

5 total bookings only one picked up on time and one delived "next day" as i paid for currently one item missing on next day delivery a week later!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
