“Absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend anyone using Irish Parcels. I had organised a Parcel to be collected from Drogheda and delivered to Berlin. Expected delivery date was 30 Dec, but was actually received on 23 Dec. Many thanks”

I can see that your shipment experienced a slight delay coming over from the USA, and has since been requested to be delivered after a specific date. “Thank you for an excellent service. The parcel was picked up on time and delivered much quicker than I was told it would be. It only took 2 or 3 days from collection to delivery from mayo to the West Midlands in England, and the parcel was in great shape with no damage at all. Great service.”

“I am a little disappointed in the service. It was late being collected and what should have been delivered on 23rd December will apparently (still not confirmed) only be delivered on the 29th. As these were Christmas presents it is rather disappointing.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the issues you have experienced with your shipment. Unfortunately, we were unable to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas for items sent after the recommended send-by dates, as advertised on our website. I can see from the tracking information that this shipment experienced a delay due to undergoing additional investigation during customs clearance. As customs is something that is out of our control, we are unable to factor customs processes into our transit times. However, from the tracking, I can see that this is due for delivery on the 29th of December. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. “IrishParcels.ie website is easy to use and gives great quotes. I booked my parcel with TNT and overall experience of collection was very pleasing. I received a call before driver was to come over, driver was very knowledgeable regarding customs and waited me with patience while I printed off extra documents for him about which I did not take a notice before. What I found different with Irishparcels from some other services is that there is a very easy option to add an extra insurance on the parcel reaching several hundred euros. Very useful when sending high-value items abroad. Will definitely recommend IrishParcels service to others.”

“I'm a first time user of Irish Parcels. 15.12.2016 .. Late.I booked and paid for a parcel to be delivered to family in Guernsey for Christmas. The expected delivery date is 30.12.2016 which I only discovered after booking 19.12.2016 A.M.. it was collected by a courier. 23.15.2016 ...midday...parcel is stored in a warehouse somewhere in England for 2 days and looks like it will stay there 'til after Christmas I thought that this time of the year an extra effort would used to deliver for Christmas I'm not impressed as a first time user. Hopefully the next time you won't be a busy. Regards”

“I had a last-minute parcel to send to the US for Christmas and got an excellent price from Irish Parcels (€46 compared with over €90 for a longer delivery time with a competitor). They sent TNT, who couldn't have been nicer when I needed to change the pick-up time (the driver even said he'd make the copies of the customs forms for me when he thought I might miss my son's Christmas concert!). And the parcel arrived earlier then I expected. The only slight hiccup was that the booking firm on IP website didn't work on my mobile or tablet, but the lovely person I spoke to on the phone told me to try the computer and that worked fine - the parcel was collected within 2 hours. Speedy, friendly, good value = very happy customer!”
