“friendly and punctual service, even during the very busy week before Christmas. We could not track the packet because that service was down but the courier reassured me that it would arrive in time and it did. Less costly than sending a parcel of this size to Germany with An Post and quicker!”

“This is the 2nd year I have used Irish Parcels when sending 3 Xmas parcels - one to England & two to Scotland. They were collected from my door on Friday, December 16th, circa 2pm and on Tuesday, December 20th, all three recipients rang me to say they had received their parcels that morning. This means that my cakes/puddings were only 4 days in transit (which included the w/e), delivered intact & in time and best of all, nearly €30 cheaper than An Post. I have also used this service at other times too, with the same great service & I have recommended Irish Parcels.ie to many others, who have since used the service.”

“Online purchase was straight forward, price was fair. However despite delivery being guaranteed for the 16th Dec, the package wasn't delivered until COB on the 19th Dec.”

“I've recently used this company to send parcels to the UK and Netherlands. The cost of shipping was very competitive and they arrived on time and undamaged. I have to say the driver who collected the parcels each time was lovely and helpful checking to ensure the parcel was wrapped correctly and the labels etc were attached properly. I've given 5 stars for a service that I couldn't fault.”

“First time to use Irish Parcels and I was very happy. The parcel was collected on day as promised and was received in UK in good condition 2 or 3 days later. Also I received a discount for my first order so this was great value. I was encouraged to use Irish Parcels because they have a phone number - just in case! I have used Parcel2Go in the past and you have to contact them via Chat which is like pulling teeth. Their service is dreadful so well done to Irish Parcels - keep up the good work. I'll definitely use them again.”

“Absolutely delighted with Irish Parcels.ie. Only 2 days to get to west coast USA, right from my front door in the middle of nowhere. Now I can totally relax knowing my parcel got there in plenty of time for Christmas. All for the best price available. And, the courier driver was a perfect gentleman. Thank you.”

“My package didn't get collected next day. I called and Aaron answered the phone and sorted everything out. Parcel collected the day after and all sorted. Exceptional service and really professional, exceeded my expectations Will use you next time I have a parcel to send”

“Not completely satisfied due to numerous excuses given to parcel collections. Also had an issue with one on my parcels being returned to the seller for packaging purchases where the driver did not comply with company policy's and regulations..”

I can see that Aaron from our customer support team followed this up to ensure that this was collected. We're also very sorry that your item was returned to sender - unfortunately, if the courier deems the packaging of an item to be unsuitable or unsafe, this can mean that they will return this to the sender.
