Thank you for your feedback, Michele. As per the tracking information, I can see that this shipment was attempted for delivery on Thursday the 26th of January, however the consignee was absent. The parcel has now been delivered to a local post office for collection. A member of our team will be in touch with more information about this shortly. “Cheap but don't offer next day collection with GLS - had to book 3 days in advance. Booked with parcel2 go (next day) with GLS and Irish parcels (booked saturday for Tuesday ) for two different packages - same driver came to collect both ! Both left hub in cork same day . Sake service but Irish Parcels don't charge insurance and dont accept paypal Parcel2go charge for insurance but do paypal !”

However, we do offer next day services with other couriers that we are partnered with, depending on the route and size of the item being sent.
