Great service and best prices compared to using local post and you get instant quotes for courier collection or drop off services. I never have problems with tracking my packages. I will definitely continue using irish parcels for courier services.

Parcel was packed on Thurs (23rd Mar) and ready for pick up next day but was not collected until mon 27th. Expected delivery date 29th Mar in Germany only to see that it is still in the UK on this date so looks like it will be Mon 3rd April before it arrives. 10 days Dublin- Germany not what was promised. I know not parcels.ie fault but GLS.

Although 97% of our collections take place on the expected date, we recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. I cannot see that you were in touch with a member of our support team about this however, collections that fail are not automatically rebooked, and you must contact to arrange another collection. Very impressed with your service my daughter has received her parcel in Melbourne and it was not left me a week ,also so handy went online booked and paid at 8am ,TNT rang me before lunch and had it picked up after lunch ,the guy was very helpful and checked Wii the paperwork for me as I had never used ye before , would definitely use this again and highly recommend you ,Ann.

The parcel wasn't picked up on the day it was booked for and I was not informed. However when I rang all the staff were helpful - whilst I appreciate a driver might not be able to make every pick up on the designated day it would have been helpful if I had been informed. All other aspects of the service were excellent.

We are very sorry that the driver ran out of time to fulfil this pick-up on the expected date - this is something that is rare, and unfortunately we are not notified when an issue like this occurs. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, collections that fail are not automatically rebooked and you must contact us to arrange another collection - however, we do appreciate your feedback on this. Well i wasted €20 trying to ring and see why deliveqy man didnt come when they where meant to he never came and didnt txt me to tell me he wasnt

I was very happy with the online booking and payment service this was all very easy to negotiate. My parcel was collected on schedule on Monday 20/03/2017 at approximately 12.30 and I was very happy. To my surprise the following day I was contacted again to make arrangements for collection and when I said my package had been collected the previous day as scheduled I was informed it had not been scanned and was assured of a call back to let me know what had happened. After several hours of waiting for call back and being unable to tract my package online I rang back and was told that my numbers were invalid/no working. I was again promised a call back to let me know where my package was. As this was a very high cost item I was very alarmed. I was able to provide TNT with my customer number etc and the name and contact number of the person who collected my package. I did not receive a call back to inform me my package had been found. My package was collected from me on Monday 20/03/2017 at 12.30pm approximately and I was unable to track it until 17.13pm on Tuesday 21/03/2017. My package was missing for a total of 29 hours. Having paid extra for 2 day delivery my package did not arrive for 3 days. My parcel arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Regards Marcella

We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with the tracking information - I cannot see that you were in contact with our customer support team about this, and so we apologise on behalf of our courier that you feel let down in regards to the support provided. We believe that this was simply a technical error with the real time tracking information, as we can now see via TNT's tracking that the item travelled safely through the courier network, and did not appear to be missing at any stage. We also apologise that your shipment arrived a day later than the expected date - although the vast majority of our collections and deliveries take place on the expected date, Irish Parcels is not a time-guaranteed service, only estimated. We recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. I can see that the shipment experienced a small delay prior to reaching its final destination. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

Customer service excellent and the driver was pleasant. My first parcel so it wasn't perhaps helpful that the driver couldn't check the paperwork I had downloaded to make sure it was all in order; it was! He also didn't realise that he had to sign at collection so my parcel was collected by someone I didn't know and I then had no record of him actually collecting it! There was also some discrepancy not of my doing so the parcel wasn't collected when it should have been and then we hit Paddy's weekend. However, I would use your service again as the support team were exemplary.

Very efficient and cost effective for despatch from Ireland but took over a week and several phone calls after arrival of parcel in Barbados before receiver notified and then it had to be collected from airport. I will use Irish Parcels again.

I found the service very reliable. Though my consignment was sent via TNT, I was able to track it better on irishparceles.ie than TNT website. Furthermore, the price was very competitive.
