Booked a parcel on Thursday 1st june, wasnt picked up until the 7th June, customer was meant to have it by 8th of june and wont have it until 15th June at the latest now, hes not happy, it makes me look bad and Im not happy

Hi Mark, thank you for your review. I can see you booked an economy service to send a parcel from Ireland to Australia. We also offer an express service if the items were urgent. Did you get in touch when the item was not collected to book another collection? If you miss the collection or the driver does not arrive we can book another collection as soon as we are made aware of this. Simply email, live chat or phone us and we will be happy to help.

As a small business I engaged with IP recently to send a large patcel to the US. I had receiced pretty horrendous pricing frpn the usual suspects as i didnt have the volumes to get the better prices. I was happy with the service and the price was reasonable also. Happy to use you again

I like customer service, they reply to my emails promptly, online service is very easy to use. before dispatching package to outside EU country they make a phone call to make sure you filled out all proper documents. Courier always arrives the day it is scheduled for. I am very happy with the competitive prices and customer service so far. 100% times better service than citypostparcel.

Everything went well from booking to collecting the parcel (it wasn't delivered by the time I wrote this review, but still within the expected delivery date). The only "glimpse" for the 4 stars is that I could not find a proper weight info: my parcel weighed 2,8kg I had the option for either 2kg or 3kg so I marked 3kg just to be on the safe side even at the cost of few extra euro. Other than that everything good so far.

With regards to the weight information, our system requires this to be rounded up to the closest KG, as this provides much more accurate information and pricing when booking this through our courier's system. The delivery man didn't help carry my boxes. I had 5 and I leave on the first floor of a block of apartments. I had to carry all of them by myself and one of them was close to 20kg. Not a good service in my opinion

We booked in a collection for Friday 19th, TNT was the selected courier. The courier never showed, we had a call very late Fri to ask if we would like to reschedule, we explained the driver never arrived in the first instance. The girl on the phone called the driver but he had left the area, there was no attempt to phone the store or press the buzzer. As this was a priority package we rebooked in Monday 22nd as an express service, again it was with TNT on this occasion TNT were having technical difficulties. We were once again let down by this service. We cancelled both collections & requested a refund, we got an email to say we were being refunded, then today we got a call from a TNT courier that he was looking for us to do a collection. There is obviously a large communication here. We ended up having to use AN POST. We will not be using this service again. Very poor

Thank you for your feedback, Olga. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with your shipment. With regards to the collection that was booked for the 19th, we can see on the system that we were advised by our courier that this collection was attempted however, no contact was available. We are very sorry if this was not the case, this is something that we will need to investigate further with our courier. With regards to the collection booked on the 22nd, we are very sorry for the complications that were caused by the technical issues. TNT were experiencing technical issues with their system throughout the day, and I can see that our customer support did everything they could in order to get this collection scheduled for you. As this could not go ahead on the 22nd due to these issues, it appears that TNT booked this in for you for the following day believing it to be a convenience. Issues such as these are extremely rare, and we regret that they had such an impact on your shipment. For this, we can only offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

Service advertised as tnt, which was the reason we chose it as continuous tracking but GLS was courier for pick-up. GLS picked up a day late. Had to chase Irish parcels the following day to ensure it was picked up. Tracking stops when GLS hand over to UK courier.

We have checked this on our side and can see that the service advertised is GLS however, the image shown may have been TNT. We are unsure what may have caused this however, if this is the case, we are very sorry for any confusion. As per the price of the shipment, the service booked was GLS, as booking TNT for this shipment would have come in at a much higher price. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. I have a small company Canopi creative Ltd , 18 Herbert st D2 & I have just become a supplier to Harvey Nichols Dundrum and I had 2 large boxes to be delivered to Dundrum , marked box 1/2 and 2/2 and one box was delivered yesterday to Dundrum and Box 2. To HN London . It is such a shame as it appears very incompetent if my company .Also it will take a week fir the stock to come back over internally and I will now have to wait an extra length of time to be paid as the PO can not be entered into the system therefore they will not Pay for 40 days . I do have to say that I am quite pleased otherwise with your service Do I would just like to bring to your desiatchibg staff to plead make sure the boxes are sent to delivery address not invoice address if different Thank you Sandra Walsh 087 6885960

If the invoice address was visible on the second parcel, this may have been why it was delivered to Harvey Nichols in London. When sending a parcel, we recommend that no other addresses are visible on the parcel, as this can cause issues with the delivery of the shipment.
