The courier never turned up after I waited in for 12 hours. The tracking system posted a message"failed collection as customer not in" at 8 30 pm even though the time was 7:30pm approx. I did receive an apology form Anthony. The parcel is still in transit and its now 8days since I placed order

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with your collection. Although the vast majority of our collections take place on the expected date, we recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. We believe that the time difference on the tracking information was simply due to the courier's internal systems still being an hour forward. I can see that our customer support team rescheduled this collection for the date you requested (19th April). I can see via the tracking information that the shipment is currently in transit to the final destination. As this is an estimated 2-3 working day service, your delivery should be expected on Friday 21st April or Monday 24th April - however, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking information, as this will update to reflect when the item is out for delivery. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

I found Irish Parcels by mistake when looking at dhl tnt etc... site was very user friendly and what was great was that TNT was more expensive than using TNT through Irish Parcels and i sent 1 box to south Korea on the Thursday before the Easter Weekend and it was delivered on the Monday / tuesday which was very good as i expected a slight delay with the long weekend thanks guys look forward to using your service again. Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your item has not yet been delivered. Although the vast majority of our deliveries take place on the expected date, we recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. We believe that this delay has been caused due to the tracking label coming off the item. Without a tracking label the item cannot move through the automated systems. The item needs to be identified and re-labelled before being sent on for delivery. I can see that our customer support team is currently liaising with our courier in order to get this issue resolved. I was close to giving the service a Good rating but unfortunately at the time of competing this review only one of my 2 boxes has arrived at the destination in Australia. However, Irish Parcels are working hard to sort out the issue and were very quick to respond to my query about the parcel and ensured me that they are doing everything possible to find my missing parcel and redeliver it. When it arrives safely, i will have no problem upgrading the rating.

Easy to navigate website to place your order. No hassle pick up and collection and for a realistic price. I would recommend to introduce a lower weight option less than 1kg . Overall a very happy customer who will continue to use this service and would recommend it as I too was .

Very easy to use system and everything that I needed was organised within a few clicks. I felt the prices I was offered were reasonable and fair. The online tracking was very accurate and up to date. I will definitely use the services of irishparcels again.

I sent 3 boxes and a suitcase at the same time from Cork (Ireland) to Spain. I just received the 3 boxes and the messenger didn't know anything about the suitcase. Today I received an email from another company saying that my suitcase is in Coventry?!?!? I'm very dissapointed with this service.

Although the vast majority of our shipments arrive on the expected date, we recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. Although it is rare, it is possible for larger consignments to be separated during transit. I can see that the delay to your suitcase was caused due to the shipping labels coming off the item. This meant that the courier needed to identify the item in the main sorting centre in Coventry before sending it on its way to its final destination. Our customer support team has followed up on this, and I can see that your item is now on its way from Coventry. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we recommend against sending suitcases due to these reasons. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
