“I was struggling with the idea of how to get a large dolls house over to England and someone suggested a courier. Once it was packed, everything was so easy, from registration and quotes, to collection; and receiving the email from the recipient to say it had arrived safely was very reassuring. I'm definitely going to use you again!”

“I wasn't at all happy with the service. My parcel was due to be collected on Friday, it wasn't collected u til Tuesday morning. We stayed in all day Friday Saturday and Monday.... not pleased. However I have to highly commended the young man I was dealing with on the phone. Aaron was most helpful. Making calls, emails and texts. He kept me informed at all times a day did his best to rectify the matter. I will probably deal with Irish Parcels again. But I'd be demanding good service or it would be the end”

“My package was booked to be collected on the 4th of September, my friend had to physically take the package to parcel force on the 6th. A hiccup i'm sure. But sets a bad example.”

Although the vast majority of our collections take place on the expected date, Irish Parcels is not a time-guaranteed service, only estimated. “Parcel picked up 8pm despite the pick up time being stated as 8am-6pm. The day after I was called again for a pick-up. When delivered in Austria, the driver missed the receiver. Besides that, all good.”

We do advise that collections can happen any time between 8am-7pm, however, if drivers are particularly busy they may occasionally collect outside of these times. “Parcel to be collected by GLS booked on you website to be collected on Monday. Driver turned up Wednesday afternoon. Service was cancelled and sent by fedex.”

“They picked up the package as instructed from the person I was purchasing it of and then emailed me to tell me to collect it in Carlow (I'm in Dundalk) as it was too heavy. If it was too heavy then don't pick it up. When I called up about it the man wasn't 1 bit helpful. I then had to arrange for it to be picked up from the courier depot.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for any issues you experienced with your shipment. I can see that the shipment was cancelled due to the item not being packaged correctly. Due to this, our courier was unable to fulfil the delivery and the item needed to be collected directly from the depot. I can see that our customer support team emailed you to advise this. I cannot see that you spoke with our customer support team via telephone with regards to this, as such, we can only apologise on behalf of the courier if you spoke with an advisor and found them to be unhelpful. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
