“Customer service excellent and the driver was pleasant. My first parcel so it wasn't perhaps helpful that the driver couldn't check the paperwork I had downloaded to make sure it was all in order; it was! He also didn't realise that he had to sign at collection so my parcel was collected by someone I didn't know and I then had no record of him actually collecting it! There was also some discrepancy not of my doing so the parcel wasn't collected when it should have been and then we hit Paddy's weekend. However, I would use your service again as the support team were exemplary.”

“Very efficient and cost effective for despatch from Ireland but took over a week and several phone calls after arrival of parcel in Barbados before receiver notified and then it had to be collected from airport. I will use Irish Parcels again.”

“I found the service very reliable. Though my consignment was sent via TNT, I was able to track it better on irishparceles.ie than TNT website. Furthermore, the price was very competitive.”

“This service is so unprofessional I could not recommend it to anyone. There is a lack of communication between Irish Parcels and TNT who is the actual courier. Neither take responsibility for the order and Mcellistrum it is placed and will redirect you to Irish revenue to source tariff numbers if your parcel is going outside the EU. Delivery people are unhelpful and I waited over a week for a parcel to be collected that never was.”

“I found Irish parcels online myself hadn't heard of them before, I was delighted I did as their price was the best I had got to send a parcel. I called to make a few inquiries and the lady was so helpful. Parcel was collected promptly and delivered quickly also. Overall great service would definitely deal with them again.”
