“We had a fantastic holiday at the new mansion Barbados. Everything we dreamed off it was perfect. The staff Sherry Andrea Grace and Martin the Gardner were welcoming and friendly could and for enough for us. We definitely would come back. It was perfect 👍 thank you to the Sherry Andrea Grace for helping making our dream holiday perfect. It was emotional leaving”

“This was our first time at a villa with a chef, we didn't quite understand the provisioning before we arrived, luckily we managed to get all the food we needed after a day or so. A little more information about the position of the villa and amenities close by would have been useful.”

“This is the second time that my husband and I have used Isle Blue for our vacation on Turks & Caicos. They have a wonderful selection of top-notch properties, and everyone from the initial booking agent to the property manager on-site in T&C were wonderful and easy to work with. I plan on using Isle Blue again for my next trip.”

“Excellent customer service!!!! It was more than just booking our villa. All our needs were taken care of car rental, gourmet meal delivered to our villa upon arrival, COVID PCR Test provided at our villa. Thank you for making our vacation so perfect.”

“Amazing experience with Isle Blue and excellent communication with our agent, Solenne! She was able to answer my questions accurately and in a timely manner which I really appreciated. Le Diamant de Bellecote was exceptional! The living area felt as if you were sitting in a surreal snow globe which was absolutely magical! The apartment was extremely cozy with bathtub in master being a highlight and also the heated outdoor area with Christmas tree! The location was amazing skiing immediately out to bellecote slope and walking access to shopping, dining and much more! My only surprise was 3 full baths were really 2 full baths (one area had sink and shower; other area had sink and toilet). Our week was super special with fireworks out of our back window and plenty of snow! I highly recommend Isle Blue and this truly excellent apartment!”

“One of the best tourist companies. Very professional from booking to reception at the airport. Excellent Concierge Services. Very helpful, very nice, they do everything to make sure you are enjoying your trip. The rental car was at the villa and the company agent came to the house to finish the paper work. Fir Covid testing we were offered a nurse to come to the villa to do the swabs. Our house keeping lady was so nice and efficient. The villa was gorgeous clean. Unbelievable view I will definitely keep coming back to book my next trip with Isle Blue Hidden gem”

“Don’t recommend Fast Track for people if they don’t do their job.!! I sent you an email about this and NO ONE ever responded!!! The Villa we rented needs some improvements!!”

We looked into the Fast Track issue and it appears that after your ticket check-in with the airline you were supposed to meet up with the Fast track team again as per their instructions in order to expedite you through the long security lines. Regrettably, this instruction was not followed resulting in your experience. As a goodwill gesture, we have provided you with a refund related to the Fast Track experience. Our apologies.
