“Sara was beyond helpful. The cluster I needed was not in stock at the time I submitted my order. Sara reached out to me and offered to have me send in my cluster and they would make the necessary repairs and ship it back to me. I was out of town at that time and I asked her if ISS expected to have my cluster in stock within the next few weeks. She said she would reach out to customers who had not yet returned their core and within a day or two Sara was able to find one for me. It was a complete WIN!!! Well done Sara! Thanks”

“From a great price on the Dash Cluster, to fast delivery and easy core return... What more can a person ask for? Looks amazing and no more guessing how fast i'm going. The blue LED's just give it that extra clean look from the stock green. Thank you again for such great service!!”

“My 2005 Yukon Denali instrument cluster was failing miserably. Dropped it off at ISS and had a new one delivered to my door step in three days. Had a glitch in it and they sent me out a new one that day which I received the following day. Works perfectly. Quality is excellent. Most importantly the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend them.”

“I will have to admit that the service was excellent. I called before purchase and I am glad I did. My 2003 Chevy Suburban cluster was constantly changing languages and the problem was resolved with the replacement. Speedy shipping and return address label allows you to ship the core with no hassle.”

“I am so great full I found ISS while browsing the Internet looking for a cluster for my Cadillac 2004. It was easy to install and saved over $300 for repairs. It took only 10 min. To change it out. I recommend ISS to everyone who needs auto parts. Now that I know ISS exist I can trust using them for all my auto needs.”
