“ISS had the instrument cluster I needed w/ matching part numbers. They programmed it with my mileage and shipped it fast and safely packaged. The refurbished part was exactly what I needed and works flawlessly. I shipped them back my broken cluster with their pre-paid UPS label. zero problems. (My cluster would intermittently not turn on when the ignition was turned on and also, it turns out, was the cause of a parasitic battery drain that I hadn't been able to diagnose over the last 4 years.)”

“I was confused with the free shipping, what they really mean is the return shipping doesn't cost any more. You do however pay to ship it to them. I mailed it USPS on Tues they got it Thurs and immediately shipped it out the same day. UPS took 11 days to get it back. The cluster I got back wasn't the one I sent them. Everything seems to work as expected.”

Thanks for your response. I see that you ordered a repair. Yes, on these, to keep our cost down we ask that customers send us their cluster, but we cover the return shipping of the core. During our repair we assess if it's better to send an exchange to speed up the repair, but also to get our customers a better quality product. Glad that this all worked out. “I'd rate EXCELLENT if it was an option. 2004 Tahoe instrument panel went out, local dealer wanted $800-$850 to replace. I saw the video, and the process is literally remove the dash trim (3 minutes), unscrew\unplug the instrument panel (5 minutes), plug in new instrument panel, check by turning on car, and reverse the process by screwing 4 screws in and putting trim panel back. 15-30 minutes tops for a savings of $500+. Process was flawless, sent the old panel back next day. A+ service and seller.”

“Great item, but did not work on my 2013 gmc yukon xl do to change in that year gmc, but worked on son in-laws Cadillac. Hope you can build something for newer models.”

“My "New" Instrument Cluster came as I expected, ( In box with Styrofoam as to not damage the unit). 20 minutes later it was installed and works great. Since the original one only the fuel gauge worked, I now have a "Happy Wife"”

“I ordered a new instrument cluster for my 2004 Tahoe and the shipment arrived well packaged and timely. Once installed everything worked just fine. The return shipment is made easy by a return label in the original box. Overall I am very happy.”
