“The installation was very quick and easy. Been using this product for a few weeks now. 1 out of 3 vehicle entries the BT doesn't automatically connect, other than that everything is good. The quality is awesome and all the steering controls work too. The media display shows that it's connected, does not display what is currently playing. Really easy to install, can't stress that enough. I was done in about 30 seconds.”

“The instrument cluster did work as expected but when I finally put the cruise control on I noticed that the icon did not illuminate in the new cluster. I also sent back the core and I did not get the core charge back or a reason why I did not get any funds back. This was resolved as I did hear from ISS and now the refund is in the process.”

“Purchased a replacement Instrument Panel for my 2003 Chevy Avalanche that had the high parasitic current problem caused by silver migration on the printed circuit board (pcb). The replacement solved the problem. Ordering was easy - just need to provide the existing mileage on the vehicle and ISS programmed it to match. Received the replacement with good timing (from WA to MI took 5 days). Return label provided made returning it easy - just pack old panel in the same box and drop off at UPS store.”
