“Excellent product, service and process! The replacement instrument panel arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I used the packaging supplied by ISS and the prepaid return label to easily and quickly return the core...no need to hunt down packaging materials or deal with shipping issues/costs. Also, no need to worry about "programming issues", the replacement unit comes fully programmed with the vehicle VIN and associated information. I definitely recommend ISS!”

“Parts work and no issues so far. Video that was used for this particular model did not match the vehicle year we have, but that was no issue for us. I would say the warranty being attached to the return of the old unit makes things a little stressful. Would prefer to pay $30 or so more for the warranty to just buy the part needed and not have to return the old part within 30 days.”

“The power rear lift gate kit I ordered for my wife’s new Tahoe MIGHT be ok. Not sure because I still haven’t completed it. The instructions are generic and frankly garbage. Spent 8 hours with 2 people (so 16), both experienced mechanics and we couldn’t finish because we literally had to figure it out ourselves. Now that the holidays are over I hope to get it completed and I hope it works good.”

“Great product. After After receiving my replacement 2005 denali cluster. I was also interested in a cluster for my 2007 Ford F150 They responded instantly great communication and send me information for fittings for that vehicle.”

“The process was easy and item arrived in a timely manner so that was good. There is no backlight on the odometer which is irritating but not the worst thing ever. My big issue is this is my 18 year old son’s truck and have had intermittent issues with the temp gauge reading off. It’s like it doesn’t reset to zero and continues to climb from the last reading when shutting the vehicle off. Has happened several times but over the last week there’s been no issues so I’m monitoring because that’s one of two really important gauges along with oil pressure that I’m trying to teach my son to monitor.”
