“I ordered a replacement gauge for my Yukon Denali. It arrived the next day and solved my problem, came with a box and instructions to ship back my core, very easy. I just wish it had said somewhere that I was purchasing a refurbished gauge”

Hi Julie, thanks for your feedback. Given the year of your vehicle, you will not find a new cluster on the market. All clusters older than 8 years old will be remanufactured. Even if you go to the dealer, they will use remanufactured from a company like ours. We plan on updating the description to help make this clear for folks. “Customer service was great and very helpful got email on tracking# and updates, delivery lost my package they had me a new one out across the country the very next day can beat the service and the cluster was installed and works perfectly no issues”

“Everything was exactly as promised. The new cluster was shipped very quick and was less than 10 minutes to complete the swap. The instructions on how to package and ship the old core were easy. Should have done this long ago.”

“I just had it installed today by local company and was very impressed, plug and play didn’t have to transfer XM radio everything works as advertised.. It arrived very fast and was packed safely in padded box and easy for returning old one. I highly recommend this company”
