“I am excited to share how pleased I am with the instrument panel I purchased for my 2006 Escalade. I was just over two years without a working fuel gauge and dimmable lights on the panel. I telephoned the sales office and explained my problems. He assured me that those are sure signs of a failed instrument panel, so I went ahead with the purchase and added blue lighting to the package. I went with overnight delivery, installed it the next day in 17 minutes after watching an installation video on Youtube. I am really happy with the results. Returning the core was simple with the prepaid and addressed label. Thank you so much.”

“I ordered the Cue system for my Cadillac and was worried it would not work. ISS had the least expensive option and the reviews looked good. I received the unit and had my car repair guy put it in. It worked perfectly! I am so glad I didn't spend the extra money to purchase from another vendor or worse, spend big bucks to get the dealer to replace! Great outcome!”

“My instrument cluster was going crazy with wrong oil pressure readings as well as Temperature reading higher than what my mechanical gauges read. I saw an Ad on the web where I could send my cluster and all would be repaired for $179.00 which included all stepper motors and the change of red back ground lighting. I removed my and sent it in it took 5 days for it to get there because I sent it USPS ground. They received my cluster on a Thursday at 9:00 Am and had on delivered to me by the following morning. The reconditioned one works great, looks good and I am very satisfied with the service they provided.”

“Ordered my new cluster from ISS and it came within a week. I watched their DIY video and removed and installed the replacement cluster in 10 minutes. So far, everything is working as it should. At this point, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I packaged the old cluster using the box and label they provided and dropped it off at the UPS store. I am waiting for them to receive it and activate my warranty. It couldn’t have been easier. Thank you”
