“Excellent customer service. I had a problem with the lower portion graying out and not being lit. Melita Hess gave me instructions for how to reset the unit and when that didn't work she told me how to do a hard reset on the unit. And when that didn't work she immediately shipped out a replacement unit which is working fine. Can't argue with that.”
