“I would not rec them for instrument clusters. I was not satisfied with the customer care side or the product overall condition. The cluster I received was older and more worn than the one I was going to send back. Customer care doesn’t help out in any way even if you’re not satisfied. You still get hit with the restocking fee.”

“The radio in my 2014 tahoe went dead not wanting to pay $1000.00 for an aftermarket I found ISS andthey had a Stock replacement Very smooth process, of ordering..and install..Save your $$ and go with ISS BobZ”

“I bought a replacement CUE system for a 2017 Cadillac ATS. The product was shipped very quickly and is working perfectly. Saved me over $700 from having a dealership replace it. I had one question on the install and the person I talked with was very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is I think my question would be common. Covering it on an FAQ on the with site could save them some phone calls.”

“I am impressed beyond belief. In a world of cheap junk and scams these guys restored my faith in auto parts/repairs. My 03 Suburban gauges died completely. I shipped it out and got back my cluster in excellent repaired condition. I've had the gauges installed for a couple months now and they are flawless! Worth the price and I appreciate the honesty and quality of this company. Thanks.”

“I have used ISS twice for two different instrument clusters, they come to me in just a few days take my old one put in the pre paid shipping box. No hasel and both units have worked excellent. I highly recommend them for pricing, quality and expediency.”
