“Took over a week, several emails and finally calling to get my order acknowledged. After that everything was great. Dash worked fine. Return was acknowledged within a week Will be using again.”

“Our Cadilac CUE replacement from ISS Automotive is identical to the original unit and looks new. It cost at least 60% less than a new one from GM. About a month behind us after I installed it and it works like the original unit. The video I found at ISS only showed removing the old unit but was very helpful! I was able to figure out on my own that you need to swap out the wireless charging pad from the old radio unit and the frame around the radio that includes control buttons such as the emergency flashers for installation.”

“Had an older ford with a combined gauge cluster and the speedometer was broken. I shipped it off and they rebuilt/fixed it quickly! Turn around time from them receiving to me having a return tracking number was less than 48 hours! Odometer was the same, so was the trip marker. Speedometer works great, I check calibration and it was perfect. What a lifesaver for me! Can’t recommend them enough. Use with confidence!!”

“Even though the part I ordered went on backorder they promptly notified me with several options,which was nice. I choose to wait on part which still came fairly quick and was exactly what I need to fix my dash.”

“I was quoted $1700 to replace the touch screen (Cue) in my mom's 2016 Cadillac CSX. I ordered the part from ISS Automotive using the VIN# which provided certainty in receiving the correct component. The total amount paid for the part and installation was less than $700! Overall a terrific experience!”

“I ordered a replacement cadillac head unit/car play conversion kit. I was shipped a hot mess of wires and a missing port in the head unit itself. I am currently in the process of attempting to contact the company to make a return as their policy states returns must start with getting in contact with them. I have made 4 phone calls and 4 emails, all of which were responded to with automated responses that they are short staffed and will be in contact with me soon. 5 days later I have gotten nothing back from ISS Automotive, and will be out about $1,000. Slow shipping, little to zero instruction, a mess of a package, no response from anyone, and no refund. Will never buy anything from here again.”

“I'm pleased with my recent cluster repair service. My cluster wasn't working properly and I was having a hard driving my vehicle. Until I send my cluster for repair to iss automotive solutions. They fixed my cluster and send it back, nicely and packaged. Thank you.”
