“Highly recommend, Had issues with shipping not being as quick as it was supposed to be. I contacted support and they explained what was going on and when I should expect the email for it being shipped, and I did the day before. We ordered a new cluster for an 03 sierra and got it in and it works perfectly. Shipping the old one back was easy as well. Will so use again in the future if or when needed for any vehicle we own.”

“Very helpful with questions and item purchased was exactly what we needed. Promptly sent warranty email after core was returned. Had a delay in processing, but was refunded the priority processing fee without even asking. Highly recommend this company!”

“I installed the cluster as soon as I received it and discovered the right directional light was not working ,I immediately sent a email because the mentioned they were short staffed ,waited a few days no response, left a message waited a few more days no response, so left another message and never hear back its been about 3 weeks still waiting ,”

“I was looking for a Complete Cue System for my 2014 Cadillac XTS. I was a little hesitant at first, But after looking at the reviews and checking out the company's profile. I felt a bit more confident. I finally decided to placed the order after confirming the item was in stock. To my surprise, the product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The item was exactly as described, and I'm super happy with it so far. Easy return process for the old part. Warranty available is a plus. I'd definitely consider buying from them again in the future. Thank ISS🙏👍”

“After spending a lot of time on the internet researching information about my CTS CUE system I decided to focus on ISS. I did the best possible vetting the the company that was possible and after a couple of emails back and forth decided to move forward. I had a frozen screen and deciced to change the entire unit. Things went perfect the unit arrived as stated was perfectly packed you tube wasn't needed I used my mechanic and the total cost from start to finish was $525.00 I'm so happy to have everything working again and wouldn't hesitate to repeat the entire process thanks for your help ISS. John”

“Odometer did not work correctly when I recvieved it the first time. Sent it back to be repaired and when I recived it the second time the tech, speedometer, and all the gages did not work. Had to take it to different repair shop. Found out it is ruined and we are locating a used one to repalce it. Do not use ISS!!!”

“Absolutely do not recommend. If you have an issue with your order like I did, good luck getting in contact with them. Ordered a gauge cluster for $312 just for it to show the wrong mileage. Can’t call them, can’t email them, so I messaged them on Facebook. As a business owner myself that’s pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Said they send me a new cluster with correct mileage, that was 4 days ago and still hasn’t even shipped. This morning I got in my truck, about a week of having the gauge cluster in my truck, and it doesn’t show my odometer at all anymore. I’m 16 and trying to restore my truck, and they just scammed me out of $312, I’ll probably never get that back.”

“Saved a lot of money versus going to the dealership.Utube video explained removal and instaltion perfect. The amazing thing is I didn't have to reprogram any radio stations XM or anything. Money welll spent and bought the warranty because this is the third one, Cadillac paid for the first one. Great company to work with and would highly recommend.”

“So far everything is working as it should and I'm happy. However if you want a 5 star you need to be a little quicker on when I get the cluster. Secondly going and waiting at the nearest UPS store to send in my core was a pain in the ass. You guys need that to change also.....”

“They sent me a beautiful gauge cluster! 2003 Tahoe.. new LEDs, new plastic face.. just awesome! They sent a box to return my old one.. easy transaction. I would highly recommend dealing with this company. Very good at communicating! I was wondering where my order was and lost the email with the tracking number.. called and they updated me and gave me the tracking number. Excellence!”
