“My father, 92 years old was told by Cadillac service person that to fix his CUE would cost $10,000. Thanks to ISS he and I were able to replace the entire CUE for Under $500, with a lifetime warranty. Could not be happier that Dad now has his 2013 XTS back working like new.”

“Easy replacement. Wish I would have done it sooner. The video provided simple instructions on how to replace the gage cluster. Took all of 15 minutes. Packaging was straight forward and core fit perfectly in the box to ship back with supplied label.”

“I want to start off by saying that the experience was top notch and easy. Followed the instructions and the new unit arrived in a timely manner. This was the third vehicle that I have swapped out an instrument cluster on. I feel that each time the process gets easier. Ordered new unit. Installed with No issues. Dropped old unit in the box that was initially shipped to me. Then attached the provided return sticker and shipped out. The process was complete!”

“dash repair lasted 5 miles your people blame it on other truck problems even when i said i had 2 of the same trucks and took parts out of other truck to confirm problem. went to junk yard bought another dash this one is still working.”

“The touch screen for my Cadillac 16 SRX was less than half the price of new which GM is no longer making.Arrived great packaging easy to install already programmed.Returned my old unit with a provided shipping label and reused packaging whole process simple.Was notified that my warranty was activated wouldn't hesitate to use ISS again if needed.”
